Days after Lenny Hochstein announced his new relationship with a 25-year-old Russian model, Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has filed an emergency order against them. Allegedly, the new girlfriend is inserting herself into their childcare plans, and Lisa wants the courts to stop it.

Lenny hard-launched his relationship with his new girlfriend, Alena Kovalenko, earlier this week. He said they met through a mutual friend, and they immediately hit it off. Now, it seems like he also wants to hire her as a babysitter.
In court documents reviewed by The Sun, Lisa explained that she and Lenny have plans to travel out of the country at the same time. The divorcees arranged for their kids to stay at Lenny’s mansion under the care of his mother and a nanny.
According to Lisa, her upcoming trip is related to work and “essential to her employment and income.” However, things are getting thrown off by Lenny, who she says has “abruptly reversed course.” He now wants Alena to watch the kids instead of his mother.
In the scathing court docs, Lisa said he was trying to “accommodate a new 24 [sic] year old girlfriend (whom he met in person for the first time two weeks ago via Instagram), to remain unsupervised with the children in the primary residence during both parents’ absence.”
Although Lenny said that their kids “absolutely love” Alena, Lisa isn’t sold. She doesn’t think it’s appropriate for the young woman to be responsible for the kids while they’re out of the country. Supposedly, Lenny hasn’t been responsive to her communication on the matter, which is why she’s taking it to court.
Lisa argued, “The girlfriend is not a vetted caregiver. She is on a tourist visa, has no known legal status to provide childcare in Florida, and is a complete stranger to the children and their extended family.”
In the court filing, Lisa specifically asked that Lenny be prevented from allowing “any unvetted individual” to supervise their children. A judge has yet to decide on the matter.
