Lenny Hochstein is breaking his silence following a lawsuit filed against him. A Jane Doe is suing him for alleged sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress.
The accuser claims the reality star and plastic surgeon lured her into his mansion, gave her a drug and then sexually assaulted her in May of 2025.
The lawsuit was filed on June 5, with the woman identified only as a British model in court documents. The alleged incident occurred in Miami Beach.

Despite his accuser’s claims, Lenny seems confident he’s done nothing wrong. The Real Housewives of Miami star told TMZ, “I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life.” He says the encounter with this complainant happened over a year ago. “There are multiple witnesses. If she believes she was raped, she should go to the police,” added Lenny.
According to Lenny, there’s also a video of her leaving his home the next day, looking quite joyful.
Per the lawsuit, the accuser alleges that she met a younger man at the Sopra Club who invited her to the private after-party on Star Island. She claims there was in fact no party. The allegations are that Lenny was there when she arrived and repeatedly hit on her before allegedly giving her some pills. These pills were said to be a common sleep aid. According to her, she trusted the doctor, and claims he took one himself.
The lawsuit says that she blacked out shortly after taking the pill, not waking up until the next morning. She alleges that Lenny told her afterwards that they had sex despite her saying she’d previously rejected his advances. The supposed drug given to her “may cause you to do things while you are still asleep that you may not remember the next morning,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
The woman making the complaints is not seeking punitive damages but requesting a trial by jury. News of this lawsuit came about on Monday.
