Acclaimed actress Sarah Paulson and Skims mogul Kim Kardashian may seem like unlikely pals. But apparently the pair hit it off while filming Ryan Murphy’s upcoming legal drama. Not only that – Sarah was apparently surprised by one of Kim’s less known traits.

There are probably a lot of words we could use to describe Kim Kardashian, but “funny” probably wouldn’t jump straight to mind. Well, according to Sarah Paulson, it really should. In a recent interview with E! News, the actress detailed her experience working with the reality TV star – and she only had good things to say.
After working together on Ryan Murphy’s latest glitzy drama All’s Fair, Sarah revealed Kim provided plenty of laughs on set: “She’s funny. She had me giggling a lot. She doesn’t take herself seriously,” she said. And it wasn’t just Kim’s sense of humor that won over her co-star. Sarah also complimented her enthusiasm: “She knows her lines, she’s ready to play. She’s respectful of the process, she’s learning. She’s growing, she’s happy to be there.”
Sarah wasn’t the only co-star to be charmed by the Kardashians star. Glenn Close was also pleasantly surprised by Kim. Speaking to E! News in May, she said, “I was so impressed by Kim, I say that absolutely sincerely. First of all, she’s a very sweet woman, she does her homework, she has great people around her, which says a lot.”
Kim previously worked with Ryan Murphy on the twelfth season of American Horror Story, in which she played publicist Siobhan Corbyn. She clearly impressed the TV creator – she has the lead role in All’s Fair. The show, set to hit Hulu in the fall, is pretty appropriate material for the star. She has famously been studying law for the past six years, completing a legal apprenticeship program earlier this year. You’re doing great, sweetie.
