Julia Fox wants to clear things up about her love life.
The actress, model, and author is no stranger to making headlines. Whether it’s for her breakout role in Uncut Gems, her whirlwind fling with Kanye West, or her unfiltered TikToks, she’s frequently in the news. Now, she’s turning attention back to her sexuality with a fresh update.
Last year, Julia came out as a lesbian. But in a new interview, she admitted the label didn’t fully capture how she feels today.

Julia discussed her sexuality in an interview with Allure. She shared that she “could be attracted to anyone and anything.”
She explained, “If it were just down to the physical, I’m more attracted to the female body. Men don’t do it for me at all [physically].” But, she “can be attracted to a man’s mind.” She’s “a vibes person.”
Julia admitted, “I’ve never gotten to full relationship status with a woman.” She added, “I’ve definitely [had] crushes and [done] some stuff.” She still connects with male energy, but doesn’t see them playing a role in her current life. “I can’t see why a man would be beneficial in my life.”
Julia now focuses on raising her 4-year-old son, Valentino, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Artemiev. “I’m laser-focused on being a good mom, on being a good provider, on making [my] dreams come true.”
Julia – who once toyed with the idea of joining The Real Housewives of New York – also joked that dating men can waste energy. “There’s just so much more you can do with your time than waiting around to see if a guy’s going to text you back or not.”
Julia first came out in July 2024 when she responded to a TikTok about lesbians dating men. She joked, “So sorry, boys!” She also admitted she’d been “that lesbian,” but promised it “won’t happen again.”
Reflecting now, she said it took her longer to accept being queer because “women are so programmed to perform for men.” She added, “So much of my survival was hinged upon men taking care of me.”
Now, Julia owns her truth and seems more comfortable than ever just being herself.
