Ryan Reynolds faces backlash after interview with a child

Ryan Reynolds was among the many actors attending the Toronto International Film Festival. Things got off to a good start when the young reporter from the Canadian TV station, CTV, approached the Marvel star. Ryan began with “Hi, little guy, what’s your question for me, buddy?” The child was visibly overwhelmed and said, “Hi Ryan, nice to meet you!” Without extending the greetings further, Ryan Reynolds, who seemed to be in a hurry, said, “Nice to meet you too, let’s skip to the question…”

The child went forward and asked, “Why is there so much Chipotle mayo on your Tim Horton breakfast?” to which the 48-year-old replied. “You know what, I wish I had some control over that. I can send a strongly-worded letter to the chef over at Tim Hortons.” Ryan added, “Consider it done, young man. What’s your name? Liam? I’ll make it downright vicious, but I’ll say it’s from you, though,” and walked off without waiting for the child’s reply or the remaining questions.

The video captured multiple questions on the child’s card, which further angered the fans. There were many reactions to this video, with the fans brutally slamming the actor for this behavior. The discussions about the actor’s attitude towards the young reporter have garnered immense coverage from various online portals as well.

Ryan Reynolds is involved in another controversy as well. Blake Lively, his wife, continues to be in a legal battle with It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni. Reynolds has been an active part of the legal proceedings so far.
