The drama between Kelli Ferrell and her neighbor is nastier than we thought. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been feuding with a woman named Monualda “Perri” Cash. She’s the president of the HOA board in Kelli’s neighborhood, and she recently filed for a temporary protective order against Kelli. However, a newly unearthed 911 call suggests that Kelli might be the one who needs protecting.
RHOA star Kelli Ferrell is facing troubles with her neighbor
Allegedly, Kelli and her have been going back and forth over a parking dispute, and things got physical earlier this summer. Us Weekly obtained audio of a 911 call from August 9, where Kelli claimed that her neighbor and HOA board member assaulted her. In the call, you could hear Kelli saying, “I got time today.”
According to Kelli, the drama started when Perri booted her daughter’s car. Who knew that an HOA president could even do that? She put not one, but two boots on the vehicle. Supposedly, they were repeatedly violating an HOA rule by parking in the wrong spot.
“There are two boots on it. It’s completely unnecessary,” Kelli told the 911 dispatcher.
Kelli said that when she confronted Perri about the boots, things got physical. The RHOA star told the cops that “she actually put her hands on me.’ She said she didn’t feel “safe” and that her arm was red from the assault.
“I have scratches on my arm from her hitting me,” Kelli continued.
It’s unclear if the cops took any action after the phone call. However, we know that on September 2, Perri filed a petition for a restraining order claiming that Kelli and her crew barged into her home, unannounced and threateningly.
“Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” Perri claimed in her court docs.
She continued, “This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway, which is also a designated fire lane.”
The court granted the temporary restraining order, and there’s a hearing later this month. Meanwhile, Kelli’s reps issued a statement saying that Perri’s behavior towards her family changed after she got cast on RHOA. Maybe Perri wants a peach.
