It seems Sam Asghari’s broken heart has fully healed. He recently told reporters he was open to the idea of marrying again, specifically to current girlfriend, Brooke Irvine. The fitness influencer filed for divorce from Britney Spears in 2023.

TMZ ran into the social media personality while he was “out and about” in LA last week. He was walking in West Hollywood with real estate agent Brooke Irvine.
When asked by the reporter if they were considering an engagement anytime soon, he replied: “Maybe, yeah, maybe.” Not exactly an enthusiastic response, but then he did take around five and a half years to propose to Britney. Sam is thought to have been dating Brooke since November 2024.
Sam and Britney were together for seven years. He filed for divorce in August 2023, just 14 months after they tied the knot.
Britney said in an Instagram post that the marriage had “felt like a distraction” during “the hardest years” of her life when she was estranged from her sons. She has recently reunited with the boys.
Responding to the singer’s comments, Sam told People: “Our marriage was very real to me. It may have been short, but we were together for seven years. I was in love with her, will always have love for her, and wish her the best always.”
The former couple’s divorce was finalized in May 2024. It was reported that their prenup had been upheld, though the specific terms are unknown. An NDA may have been involved.
While Sam’s divorce from Britney was said to be amicable, there’s clearly no love lost between him and Britney’s previous ex, Kevin Federline. The pair have been exchanging jabs after Sam referred to Kevin as “a professional father”.
