There’s an exclusive guest list for Aesha Scott’s wedding, and unfortunately, Captain Jason Chambers didn’t make the cut. The Below Deck Mediterranean star recently revealed that her former on-screen boss won’t be in attendance when she exchanges vows with Scott Dodson next year, but plenty of other Below Deck alums will be there. According to Aesha, it was a tough call.
Captain Sandy scored an invite to Aesha Scott’s wedding, but Captain Jason didn’t
Aesha appeared on Watch What Happens Live earlier this week, right after the Season 10 premiere of Below Deck Med. She answered a round of questions from Andy Cohen about her upcoming wedding to Scott, all rocking her giant engagement ring, and she explained why Captain Jason won’t be there
“Jason’s not coming. We can only bring 130 people,” Aesha explained. “It’s been tough.”
With that said, she made it clear that there’s going to be plenty of Below Deck representation at the March 2026 ceremony. Aesha noted that Captain Sandy Yawn, who is a newlywed herself, made the guest list for the ceremony. According to Aesha, she made the list over Jason because they’ve known each other longer. This is her fourth season with Sandy. She and Jason only had two.
“Sandy’s been in my life for a lot longer, so Sandy trumped,” Aesha added.
In addition to Captain Sandy, Aesha revealed that Hannah Ferrier made the guest list. Fortunately, she and Captain Sandy have recently squashed their years-long feud, so there shouldn’t be any other drama there. Fingers crossed.
Other Below Deck Med stars set to attend Aesha’s wedding include Anastasia Surmava, Nathan Gallagher, and Gael Cameron. Captain Jason and the rest of the crew from Below Deck Down Under will just have to see the pictures on Instagram.
