Married to Medicine Season 12 Trailer, Premiere Date Revealed

Prescriptions filled, prayers answered. Bravo just dropped the trailer for Season 12 of Married to Medicine, and the premiere is way closer than you might have anticipated. Your favorite doctors and doctors’ wives are back, but there’s been a little bit of a cast shakeup this time around. Check out the trailer below, and find out which longtime cast member lost their full-time spot.

Married to Medicine Season 12 looks packed full of drama and fun

If you watched Season 11 of M2M, then it should come as no surprise that Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford and Phaedra Parks didn’t return for Season 12. Phaedra is back on Housewives, and the Luncefords are in the rearview mirror. No shade to them, but this group seems better off without them, judging by this trailer.

In the sneak peek, the group seems focused on healing. It’s a slow process, but they’re inching their way back towards sisterhood. But, make no mistake. There’s still plenty of drama set to unfold.

“We’re going to need all God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit,” teased Dr. Jackie Walters, one of the four returning original cast members.

Quad Webb, another returning M2M OG, will take fans on her IVF journey this season. In the trailer, she reveals that she’s venturing to Ghana for support. Why is she going all the way to Africa when there are two OBGYNs in this friend group? We’ll have to tune in to Season 12 to find out.

Other returning full-time cast members include Dr. Simone Whitmore and Toya Bush-Harris. Season 11’s part-time cast members, Dr. Mimi Sanders and Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, have both been bumped up to full-time spots.

The sneak peek at Season 12 also introduces us to two new cast members: Angel Love Davis, who previously appeared on Basketball Wives, and Brandi Milton, a friend of Dr. Simone who can deliver injectables into any part of your body you can imagine.

Perhaps one of the most surprising takeaways from the M2M Season 12 announcement relates to Dr. Heavenly Kimes. She’s credited as a part-time “friend,” after a ten-season run as a main cast member.

Despite the reduced role, it looks like Heavenly still has plenty of story to share. In the trailer, you see her addressing her son’s legal troubles, all as she prepares to launch a congressional campaign. By now, you should know that there’s never a dull moment with anyone in this group.

Married to Medicine returns to Bravo on Sunday, November 30 at 9/8c. It’s streaming on Peacock.
