Kendall Jenner has opened up about her teenage years and how her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, had a little more freedom growing up. The 29-year-old supermodel recently confessed she was actually “jealous” of Kylie for being the first to experiment with weed.

In the October 30 episode of The Kardashians, Kendall Jenner admitted that her jealousy toward Kylie started when the Kylie Cosmetics founder smoked weed before she did. “Kylie had smoked weed before me,” Kendall said during the episode. “I was so mad at her. I was like, ‘You’re a degenerate!’” (via E! News)
But Kendall quickly realized her anger was rooted in envy. In her confessional, she laughed while explaining, “I was jealous. I was jealous that I didn’t have as much of a free spirit as her at the time.” Eventually, Kendall decided to join in on the fun. “I eventually smoked with them and then had the best time ever,” she said, adding, “Everything was great.” Kendall and Kylie were around the age of 16 and 14, respectively, when they would smoke with friends.
Kylie also reflected on why Kendall might have been stricter with her as a teen. “Kris Jenner definitely got more relaxed the more children she had by the time I came around,” she said. “I was definitely afraid of her and respected her, but I could get away with a lot.” She added that Kendall was “very hard” during her earlier years, saying, “She was such a hater.”
Furthermore, it turns out weed wasn’t the only secret Kendall kept from her parents. During a tour of her childhood bedroom, the 818 Tequila founder joked with Kris about losing her virginity as a teen. “I lost my virginity in that room,” Kendall quipped, before admitting it actually happened at her then-partner’s house because Kris and Caitlyn “didn’t care” where she was.
