Stranger Things may be coming to an end, but some friendships last forever. Series star Millie Bobby Brown proves that when she made one of her castmates the godfather of her and husband Jake Bongiovi’s little girl. That’s right, reel life is moving into real life. Millie shared that her onscreen “brother,” Noah Schnapp, is the godfather of her baby.

For the most part, Millie has kept mum about the details surrounding her daughter. That’s understandable. She has been very vocal about protecting her daughter’s story and privacy and allowing her child to decide, in the future, if she wants parts of her life to be revealed. And it looks like Millie will have Noah’s help in protecting her baby.
That isn’t to say she wouldn’t trust her Stranger Things fam to also help with the baby.
Millie told Entertainment Tonight that “Noah is the godfather,” but also shared that she would trust her other costars, like Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Caleb McLaughlin, Gavin Matarazzo, and Joe Keery, to care for the baby.
“Sadie is very maternal,” Millie shared. “I trust all of them to be honest. They all turn into the most gooey soft versions of themselves when their baby voice comes out when they’re around her.”
It’s nice to know that the Hawkins gang is still solid amid rumors to the contrary. While the latest installment to the franchise took several years to make it to the streaming platform, Millie confirmed the cast remains close.
“We’re always just trying to hang out,” Millie said. “So it’s always just us going, ‘When can you? Where are you? Where are you in the world?’”
Noah agreed and said he isn’t saying goodbye to his Stranger Things family because the series is concluding. “This is my family,” he shared. “I grew up with these people. It goes far beyond the work. I mean that genuinely. We’ll keep these friendships for life.”
