In very shocking news, the NY Post is reporting today that LuAnn de Lesseps has seperated from her husband of 16 years, Count de Lesseps. LuAnn’s rep also confirms the separation.
According to the post, LuAnn found out her husband had been cheating on her with another woman. A close pal said, “They decided to separate. She got wind he was seeing somebody and he didn’t answer her when she called. He finally sent her an e-mail saying he was with an Ethiopian woman in Geneva and he was serious with her.”
The couple recently celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on March 16th. Those who are familiar with the Real Housewives on New York show know that LuAnn’s husband was always away in Europe on trips. Friends of LuAnn say she was blindsided and is devastated.
A rep for Luann states, “It is obviously a very difficult time for the countess and count, but they plan to remain friends and their primary focus will be to do what is best for their two children.”
This is sad story for all parties involved. Hopefully the kids will be okay.

Well, well, well I am not surprised … I always wondered why he travelled so often and she was at home. Shame on him but I don’t feel sorry for her because they all (the women on the show) like to pretend as if their lives are so prestine unlike the rest of the world below them. They are especially critical of each other. God bless her. She probably spend too much time focusing on getting her face lined up on camera and professing her “countess” status more so than pleasing her damn husband. I wish her the best. Next she is probably going to write a tell all book about her life as a damn countess and how her husband cheated on her. Who gives a shit … these people use their 15mins of fame for all the wrong reasons to write the same God Damn Materials that is already available and written about so many times by so many people. Nowadays everybody has some kind of story to tell about themselves … shit … I’m gonna write a damn book too sometime … lol!!!!!!!!
There will be those who take pleasure in this publicly, painful development for the Countess, but people like that are just jealous. I feel sorry for the Countess and think she deserved much better treatment from the Count. LuAnn is a beautiful woman with a good head on her shoulders, so she’ll come through this even stronger. If anyone loses the title, though, I think it should be the Count!

The kids are being raised by Rosario or Consuelo. They will be fine. They are used to not seeing their daddy anyways.lol. This is tv and she did it to herself. Wow what a shock.. I really hoped LuAnn of all the girls had a stick to it marrige. But don’t dispair,I divorced my husband in 1978. We were divorced for 22 years & never saw one another. Then one day, we met & 2 years later remarried. We are so happy. He is 8 years older than me but it makes no difference. So you just never know. I’ll be thinking of you & the kids..
