During the second part of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, Kim Zolciak attacked our ear drums performed her hit song, ‘Tardy For The Party.’ Kim’s performance was then followed by that of her fellow castmate, Kandi Burruss, who also performed her hit song – ‘Fly Above.’ The contrast between the two performances was quite telling to say the least.
So The Question of The Day Is, Even Though The Song Is a Hit, Was Kim’s Performance A Hit or Miss?

MISS! She is a horrible singer and her performance was STIIIFF! Althought I’m not a fan of all of them (I won’t call out names) it was VERY nice of them all to just smile while the performance was going on. I’m sure they wanted to roll their eyes or even laugh. I know I did.
Kandi saved the whole performance if that was possible. Kim, watch Kandi and learn something. Anything! Just don’t do what YOU do!
Your joking right? Joking eh?? A COMPLETE MISS!!!! Does that even need to be asked??? I had vocal lessons from the age of 5 until 16 and just don’t get me started with all the mistakes she was making vocally. I agree with Blaze, her movements were very stiff. She she know better how to move on stage and if she doesn’t, atleast have a beautiful voice like Susan Boyle! My advice to Kim would be to first begin with breathing and vocal warm-ups for a few years! She kind of skipped over all that (basic vocal lessons over a few years) and went straight to this which is why she doesn’t sound good. She hasn’t built up her vocal strength and range like others have done. In addition, she needs to work on her pronunciation of words in her song. Smoking too is a big no no. It causes lots of permanent damage to her singing voice. I really hope that she comes to her senses soon!
Kandi on the other hand was fabulous!!!!!! Her voice is so beautiful and she is a natural on stage!!!!!!!

She is not a singer that is for sure,but I think she did a good job, I got a kick out of it. I do not take Kim seriously,I think she is funny,and I think she was a good sport on the reunion show,after all Andy was a little rough of her,but I think it is because she could take it.
As far as Kandi’s performance, you can’t compare the two of them Kandi, is Great!
Oh MY God Kim cannot sing, plain and simple she is tone deaf or something. Its disturbing, and this was her dream to be a singer? What the heck is on her hands, leather gloves with pink bows????? and how old is she?
Last season she did go to a vocal coach, who told her that she has alot of work to do to improve her voice, but Kim gets bored and didn’t really like the work involved.
I guess in Atlanta where money and class equal power you can purchase your dreams !!!!!!!!! Sheree is a clothes designer but doesn’t sew, Kim is a singer and can’t sing

Kandi is a true performer and professional and she sings and writes her own songs I think she is awesome
Andy Cohen doesn’t help with Kim’s song, I cant tell if he is making fun of it or he really likes it
The fact that Kim’s song even was on the charts is a testament to how talented KANDI is. That said, Kim doesn’t make me as nuts as the rest of the HOwives do (not just Atlanta, but across the board) While Kim is dumb, annoying, and trashy, I don’t think that she is mean spirited at heart like most of the others are. Kandi and Jeanna are the only two of the entire housewives casts that I honestly like. The rest are either bimbos, airheads, or b*tches!
The end of the world is near! Kim owes Kandi a huge favor for saving her untalented ass. One of the worst “singers” and worst performances….ever!!
This was Kim’s first public appearance and being that she’s not a professional singer, I think she did OK.
Kandi said that Kim did a lot of takes and that she (Kandi) took parts of the song and strung them together to make the song.
No one is saying Kim is another Brit, at least not me. but for a novice, she did OK.

i actually like her music. she sings like a country-talking bumpkin. somethin’ we country talking atlantians don’t hear much often. she had that swang in her music. she look good, wig and all.
Although kim can’t sing, i think it’s still admirable that she was courageous enough to sing in public- faced her fear.
This ho just made my ears bleed. Kandi please don’t let this scank ruin your career. She really can’t sing.
Good grief, why Kim thinks she can sing is beyond me. The only talent she has is smoking cigs, I bet that wig smells good afterwards…damn…
