Last we heard from the attentionwhore known as Heidi Montag, she informed us she was heading back to her hometown of Crested Butte, Colorado, to visit her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, for the first time since undergoing 10 cosmetic procedures in one day.
“I was nervous, but also excited … I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did,” Mrs. Pratt, 23, told PEOPLE.
The mother daughter reunion – which was filmed for The Hills – was less than joyous according to Heidi. “She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn’t like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak,” says Heidi.
“I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn’t. She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I’m trying to get into.”
Heidi, who’s first album release sold less than 1,000 it’s first week, then goes on to say she has zero regrets about the surgeries despite still being in pain. “I wanted to be the most beautiful, inside and out. It’s part of being a pop star,” she says.

circus freak???? She needs to apologize to circus freaks everywhere – she’s just your plain ol’ garden-variety freak – those boobs look absolutely horrific.
I can’t believe she thinks slicing and dicing her body will help her be beautiful “from the inside out” does she think they put some kind of “beauty radiation implant” in there???
Too bad they can’t implant talent, brains or IQ.

Did she actually think her mother was going to be happy over what she has done to herself? Her mother was probably looking at her trying to see if their was anything left to remind her of the daughter she gave birth to.
This chick really thinks she’s special. I don’t think she has self esteem issues at all. She’s at the opposite end of the spectrum as far as ego is concerned. Her ego even eclipses her husbands. This was an attention seeking scheme to promote her stupid album and it blew up in her face.
What makes her think she knows the first thing about what’s ‘part of being a pop star?’ Just because she made it onto a mind numbing reality show doesn’t mean she’s a singer, or an actress or a celebrity. She qualifies as a celebrity when she has fans. So far, judging by her album sales, she doesn’t have a single one.
She and her husband have made around 10 million dollars (combined) in the last 3 years so they are having the last laugh.
Why do I think Spencer picked out all the new parts? I think he is shaping her to be the gal he always wanted to be.

10 mill is chump change to make in 3 years in H’wood. That won’t keep her/them relevant or give them genuine talent. There is not a functioning IQ between them. Who is their ventriloquist?

@PUSTIB….REALLY??…Last laugh..on whom? They basically live in a house they can barely afford, cars they “rent”..(can’t afford the REAL ones) and trade their souls for any publicity they can get. Um…”laughing all the way to the bank”…so NOT! Their ego precedes them and I guarantee we will be laughing last.
I’m sure they have made a lot of money in the last few years, but Heidi hardly looks happy enough to laugh!!! She can’t even muster a real authentic smile in her pics. Happy my ass….happy people don’t change their whole appearance. Happy people are just that, happy, with who they are, what they look like etc…..Heidi, not so much.
