The Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka cheating scandal refuses to go away, as his ex-girlfriend Tanya Douglas has now given an exclusive paid interview to Life&Style magazine.
In the latest issue of Life&Style, Tanya reveals that Jake only did the Bachelor for money and that he professed his love to her after proposing to Vienna Girardi on the show.
Tanya tells Life & Style that Jake only did the show for the money, saying he’s obsessed with being on TV. Tanya also claims Jake was still in love with her when he went on the show and even wanted her to be a contestant! “I don’t think he has any idea what he wants except to be on TV,” says Tanya.
Tanya,25, says she first met Jake in July 2008 and the two quickly became friends. They became romantically involved once Jake left The Bachelorette, and their romance was still going strong when Jake got a call to appear on The Bachelor. At first, Tanya claims Jake didn’t want to be on the show. “He said, ‘Everything I was looking for I’ve found in you,’” she says. However he eventually decided to do it due to financial problems he was experiencing. Jake told Tanya he would receive $500,000 to do the show.
“Maybe I can persuade the producers to let you be on the show and be one of the 25 contestants, and then it’s rigged for me the whole time, and in the end we can still be together and have the money,” is what Tanya claims Jake told her.
The cheating accusation comes to play when Jake began contacting Tanya just days after he proposed to Vienna back in November. And then in December, Jake told Tanya he was still in love with her despite having a fiance. “He said over the phone, ‘Ever since that day I saw you get on that plane in Asheville, I’ve never loved anyone more.’”
“Vienna is being lied to,” Tanya states. “The person Jake is on TV is a different person than when he was with me.”

This is really old news. Who cares anyway? Like Jake was such a catch to begin with…
Well I don’t know, Tanya, seems like he’s just not that into you.
These reality show people seem to have no problem having overlapping relationships sort of like what Gretchen had going with Jay, Jeff, and Slade simultaneously.
My feeling is that people like Tanya need to realize that this sort of thing is people like Jake’s MO and accept that she’s/they been taken for a ride and move on.
We appreciate the warning on Jake, but really, how is that relevant to his chosen situation now???
Is there anything people won’t do for money? If I was Tanya, I would be too mortified to look like a loser to give a magazine a story. He is a single guy who keeps signing up for reality TV – what do you expect? And, not for nothing, but too bad for her the picture of them is not very flattering.

Jake is not that into her. This is another waste of time! She probably hired a computer genius to doctored up the text messages and phone calls. show us the proof. let us see it that Jake contacted her after the taping of the show. She can.t accept the fact that she is now ancient history or just a lovely memory. You do not have a hold on Jake. Tiger woods and Jesse James are married men. Jake is single and already break up with you before he joined the Bachelor Show. He was already popular when he Joined the Bachelorette show. she is still hanging on to Jake’s coat tail to get some publicity herself. she is a nobody and want a name for herself to get a decent Job as a design Archetic. Get over yourself Lady! You are looking like a fool. ABC asked Jake to be on The Bachelor Show and also to Join The Dancing With The Stars. It was offered to him and he accepted not that he was obsessed to be on TV. This woman is making up stories. She a liar and the real fake not Jake. Jake only dated her of and on for five months. He is genuinely inlove with Vienna and not her. Get a clue he is not coming back to you . Go a way! And leave the happy couple alone. IMO.
People get a grip! picked up Life & Style today. Still no proof. Everything Tanya showed was before the Bachelor. The phone she’s holding in her hand has no name. It’s the prop for the story. Even the the photo she submitted of her and Jake looks like photo shopped. At the end of the day this girl needs to move on. You can’t force some one to want you! Talk about a woman who doesn’t get it. Go away Lady you are looking yourself like a fool. Jake is not that into you. Stop making up stories especially when you do not have proof to back up your claim. You are now ancient history. Just a lovely memory. Deal with it and leave Jake and Vienna alone. Jake needs to hook up with Kate Gosselin and when that’s over he can sell the juicy details to the tabloids and never have to dance for dollars again.
