Danielle Staub made her first public appearance last night since news of her new sex tape hit. The picture above was taken at the one year birthday celebration for Scores in New York City. And in case you’re wondering, Scores is a strip club.
TMZ has also published graphic photos of the Real Housewives of New Jersey star today. The photos show the 46-year-old mother of two smiling into the camera while sometimes holding up the camera herself. Eight of those images are below. The photos are tagged with Daniellestaubraw.com(the site is not yet up), where her sex tape will ultimately be released next Monday on June 14th.
Speaking out against Danielle now is her co-star Jacqueline Laurita. Jackqueline tells TMZ, “I’d be very happy if [Staub] left our show … Why doesn’t she just leave and go do porn?” Adding, “Danielle has total disregard for how [the tape] will affect her daughters’ impressionable years.”
The question everyone has now seems to be did Danielle leak her own sex tape? Well Jacqueline seems to think so, as she also took to her twitter to express what most of us suspect. She tweeted, “Heard from a VERY reliable source that D (Danielle) released her OWN sex tape. Heard it’s disgusting. Such disregard 4 her kids. I feel horrible 4 them.”
Can’t say we disagree with Jacqueline. Why is Danielle the likely culprit behind this sex tape leak? Well for one, Hustler revealed this sex tape was shot last September, just a few months after she won an injunction to stop the release of her first tape with Steve Zalewski. Perhaps she wasn’t happy with that tape content, as it only included an oral sex scene shot with a cell phone camera. The new tape however includes 75 minutes of footage.
Another clue? As we have previously reported, porn companies cannot release a sex tape of a public figure without some kind of authorization, meaning Danielle and yes Kendra Wilkinson too, had to sign off on a release. Plus when you see the images from the tape, well it become more obvious.

I think releasing this tape just confirms what a lot of people already know and that is all her whining and excuses are all lies. I would not be surprised if she defended herself with pleading poverty and blaming it all on her ex husband. She will say she had to do something to support herself and her kids and if it means doing something like this, then she will do it.

I think it is one thing for Bravo to have people on the show who are controversial and know how to stir things up. It is another to have someone so disturbed that they don’t care if they wreck their childrens lives. If Danielle isn’t going to have conscience about how all this effects her daughters, then Bravo should and take action.

Bravo is turning into a completely disgusting network. I’m going to watch the Housewives reunion in NY–and then I’ll play it by ear. I’ve loved watching these series in the past but I am getting to the point where I honestly don’t think I can support any of their network.
This is the only station where I watch reality TV. I watch the housewives, Top Chef, Kathy Griffin, and (did) Project Runway. I don’t really consider the last three “trashy” reality shows–only the housewives.

I am a woman, but I must say, if this were a man behaving badly, taking money, being an excon, publically admitting to doing drugs then and now, not working, banging anyone he could for extra $$, and then doing a oopsy porn tape, putting his kids on a catwalk to support a sexy life, a judge would be in there in a heartbeat!!!

Danielle’s baby daddy- People keep asking why doesn’t family or the father step in. Danielle’s mother is dead and she doesn’t have any siblings (so she says) which leaves her second (that we know of ) ex as an advocate for the girls. But one has to wonder what kind of a man would marry Danielle? It sounds like she met him while she was a stripper (not a burlesque dancer – Pu-Lease!) and it doesn’t appear that he has any visitation with them. So either he gave up all parental rights, had them taken away or just doesn’t care. There is something fishy with the whole set-up. Too many possibilities – not his kids, child abuse, uncaring father, too traumatized by Danielle to fight back, blackmailed by Danielle, really the man in the video to help her on her new career…so many questions.
And before I get jumped for making unfounded speculations, I have no hidden proof I’m not sharing, I have no insider information, I just have an active imagination and a curious nature

What a disgusting farce. Of course it was completely intentional with the aim of making some money and there will be people that will pay (even if about of morbid curiosity) to watch it. She could have just released it, but attempting to make it look like “there’s nothing I can do about it” adds some scandal spice which in turn makes more $$$.
Honestly, I couldn’t give a rat’s ass about the tape or HER if not for the fact that she has two sweet daughter’s that don’t deserve to be publicly humiliated like this. For her to put her nefarious desire to make money over the emotional welfare of her kids puts her in a morally reprehensible abyss.
As for the dad and . What do people expect him to do? Wrestle custody from Danielle? Oh, right, good luck with that one. Danielle would fight dirty tooth and nail and girls would only be subjected to more of Danielle’s public debacles that would drag on for years. As much as I find Danielle’s parenting evil, how she behaves is NOT child abuse under the law. It’s not neglect under the law and that is what would have to be proven in a COURT. Besides, the courts cannot make Danielle stop making porn; it is not illegal and since it is not illegal it nothing that anyone can do even if it hurts her kids emotionally. This goes for child protection services too.
I also believe that her girls love her and that they have been conditioned to believe that their mother is a victim of everyone else. They most likely would circle their wagons and protect her and not want to leave her. I know a mother who is eerily similar to Danielle who has three daughters. When people have been critical of her, this woman’s three daughters are rabid in their defense of her.

I am going to devote a separate comment on this topic: The Dad.
He can try to wrestle custody from Danielle, but making a porn tape and subjecting your daughter’s to public humiliation is NOT against the law. There is NOTHING that can be immediately done. Even if he did sue to custody, it would take YEARS and he would have to prove *under the law* that Danielle is putting her daughters in harms way PHYSICALLY.
The court would be on a very slippery slope to make a MORAL judgement on the behavior of Danielle. We’re talking the Constitution stuff here and what she is doing is NOT illegal. Plus, to declare that her behavior is risking her children’s emotional health would only conjecture. They don’t alter custody for that.

I know this because of a visitation thing I was involved in with regards to my grand daughter after the death of my son..It TOTALLY wiped out my savings account…was it worth it ?? Hell yea…but I still walked away empty handed w/o a written document from the Courts….
The case before me was a Father suing for full custody of his daughters because of the “life style” of the Mother…Stripper and ” exotic ” ( cough cough ) dancer and the type of people ( men ) that the daughters were exposed to….He WON and so did the kids…
