Former Bachelor “winner” Vienna Girardi is showing off her new nose job today!
In an exclusive interview with UsWeekly, Vienna, 25, opens up on why she decided to go under the knife. “I always felt like I had this little face with, like, a Mr. Potato Head nose!” says Vienna who befriended Bachelor Pad castmate Erica Rose, 28, while filming Bachelor Pad 2, and couldn’t help but admire Erica’s profile.
“Erica said, ‘Oh,’ I had my nose done! My dad [Houston-based plastic surgeon Franklin Rose] will do yours!’ A week after, I had a plane ticket!” reveals Vienna.

She however adds that her decision to get plastic surgery wasn’t a hasty one but something she’s been wanting to do for years. “It’s something I’ve wanted since I was 9 or 10,” she explains. “In school, they called me Pinocchio. After The Bachelor, bloggers called me ‘horse face.’ Evil names. I event went blonde because my dark hair made my nose look bigger!”
Vienna who has admitted to getting breast implants in the past says she is now done with surgery, adding that she “definitely” won’t be getting anything else done in the near future. “I’m not saying get 20 surgeries, but if there’s something you don’t like about yourself, go ahead and change it!” she advises.
Vienna will appear alongside her ex-fiance Jake Pavelka on ABC’s The Bachelor Pad season 2 which premieres August 8 at 8/7c.

She is still cross eyed. The nose was the least of her problems. I might actually watch this (Bach. Pad) to see the ridiculous fighting between her and Jake.

I agree, but no matter what you change surgically, she is most unattractive on the inside. Hate her personality; cringed at every moment spent with Jake. He was magnatized by some perceived charm/flirtation. And of course we saw their demise because relationships need to have more substance than just lust.

You’d be surprised at how many people celebs and non-celebs that have had nose jobs. She does look better with her new nose. I never thought Vienna was pretty or cute and after the bachelor she has had no success.
@1 domino – I agree. I always thought her eyes looked odd during Jake’s season and didn’t even notice her nose.
I’ll be watching Bachelor Pad, but I’m disappointed that Rozlyn, Bentley and Wes will not be on it.

I hate that when ppl get a little money, some D-List fame, and go out to Hollywood, the first thing they do is call a plastic surgeon. I like the way God made me, He made everyone perfect, and I’m not about to preach a sermon, but dang.
It looks the same. Maybe her profile is drastically different, I wouldn’t have noticed without the headline.

Vienna is the biggest, fame whore, horny gal from Florida and took her ex-husband money when they were still married $5,000.00 and the spent the money on breast augmentation.

Yes she is still ugly and her eyes are too close together which no plastic surgery can fix and she is cross-eyed which is again difficult to fix but Jake is the moron in all of this and I’m still not sure he isn’t gay. Look at his body language in any picture he’s in with a woman. He’s always pulling away from them. He’s an awkward dork nerd moron who still thinks turtle neck shirts are in style and wore a blackberry on his belt? Is he straight out of 1993?

Erica is a spoiled rich girl. Dr. Rose is one of the best surgeons for sure.
She wears tiaras as a publicity stunt because she sells them.
No doubt she is trying to break into reality, but don’t forget her family is very much loved and Erica has a college degree and is in law school.
As her matter of fact her Mom (who is very beautiful and charitable) turned down HWs Houston along with many of the top doctors’ wives.

I can’t tell anything at that angle. Looks a little shorter maybe. The mark of good plastic surgery is the inability of others to tell wheather you had surgery or not…so I guess her dr scored.

I watched Jake Pavelka on Famous food and no wonder hes single. he is a cocky, egoistic and he thinks hes the best i surely dont like his attitude
what is wrong with everyone? Just because you don’t like her does not mean you can say shes ugly, I would like to see a picture of every single one of you who said she was ugly. Now I’m not saying she is the greatest person in the world but come on, you cant say she isn’t pretty.

Never really watched The Bachelor, usually just bits and pieces. Anyway you slice it this girl is just not very attractive and by everything I’ve read is just as unattractive on the inside. I don’t understand her appeal to these men,,Gia on the other hand is absolutely gorgeous and a sweetheart.

@32 Agree, agree. I don’t like Vienna as a person but she is a person. I really don’t see that much difference, but think the darker hair color makes her more attractive.
