Last night was the next to the last episode of Love & Hip Hop. I don’t know about you, but I feel as if this season has flown by in a relatively boring string of similar-minded cat fights. Erica Mena and Kimbella Vanderhee are at each others’ throats yet again, Yandy Smith is desperate to find someone who finds her to be a totally innocent party in her smack down with Chrissy Lampkin and unprofessional e-mail to Jim Jones, and Olivia Longett keeps singing away. Emily Bustamante is still pining for Fab and Somaya Reece makes a rare appearance.
Olivia and Emily are discussing the fight between Yandy and Chrissy. Emily has Chrissy’s back while Olivia feels she stuck between two friends. Yandy joins the pair and Emily smugly sizes up Yandy. Yandy hopes that Emily will help show Chrissy her side of things, but no dice. Emily will leave that job for Olivia.

Erica is being interviewed by Vibe.com and one of the first questions has to do with Kimbella. Erica comes out guns blazing, basically calling Kimbella a porn star who has slept her way to where she is now. Klassy! Erica doesn’t sound the least bit jealous of her video vixen counterpart with a slew of insults.
Yandy goes to see her mentor Mona Scott-Young. Mona tries to convince Yandy that Jim is never going to choose her side over his fiancé. Mona thinks Yandy is taking this whole situation too personally as it’s her job to manage Jim and if she wants to quit, she can. However, after hearing rumors about Yandy’s e-mail to Jim, Mona is concerned that Yandy may have tainted her reputation for future clients. Regardless of Mona’s advice, Yandy believes she did nothing wrong in expecting some sort of loyalty from Jim.
Rick and Olivia are discussing a potential million dollar deal for three albums. Rich is giving her the pros and cons. It’s not the money that Olivia was hoping for, and while Rich thinks the decision is purely Olivia’s, he doesn’t think she’s in a position to be picky with her career. Olivia meets Chrissy and Emily for lunch and Chrissy thinks that the fact Olivia won’t choose sides makes her pretty wishy-washy. Emily takes the opportunity to throw Olivia under the bus with Chrissy, telling Chrissy that Olivia called Yandy “the bigger person” during their prior meeting. Emily point blank asks Olivia who she believes is at fault between the ladies. Olivia thinks both women have acted poorly and Chrissy informs her that she doesn’t need any disloyal friends.
Yandy meets with Cam’ron in hopes of getting in some of his business. Yandy reveals that she’s left her position as Jim’s manager and she wants to work with Cam’ron. He tells her that when he and Jim had a falling out, things eventually worked themselves out — and he thinks the same will ring true with Jim and Yandy. That said, Cam’ron doesn’t want to ruffle his friend’s feathers so he’s going to have to run by Jim the idea of working with Yandy. Yandy understands and both hope that Jim won’t have an issue with their partnership.
Kimbella and her brother Kenneth meet for drinks to discuss her conversation with their mother in Miami. She confides in her brother that she doesn’t want to go in the same direction as her mom. While she love Juelz, and she would love to get married, she thinks they don’t need to tie the knot just because she has kids. Kimbella wants to make it work with him and her brother wishes her luck, but wants to insure that if things aren’t good between the pair his sister won’t stay in the relationship.
Yandy and Olivia meet again to discuss Chrissy-gate. Poor Olivia. She is correct in her assumption that both Chrissy and Olivia seem to have a lot in common, although neither one will see it. Yandy doesn’t want Olivia to choose sides, but she does want her friend to stand up for her to Chrissy. Um, how does that work? Olivia gently explains that Yandy’s e-mail to Jim was inappropriate and although it’s the second time she’s heard it, Yandy still doesn’t agree.
Yandy keeps searching for someone who thinks she wasn’t at all in the wrong. What’s a gal to do? She gets a massage with Jim’s mom, Mama Jones. Nancy isn’t willing to tell Yandy what she wants to hear because she also believes that Yandy overstepped professional boundaries with the e-mail. Yandy can’t understand why people don’t get that she was Jim’s friend in addition to his manager, but she is very happy her relationship with Mama Jones has been relatively unaffected. In fact, she’s going to start managing Nancy’s career. All the family!
Wait! Who is that I see joining up with Kimbella at the chocolate shop? No. It can’t be. But it is! Long lost Somaya! They dish about Erica’s Vibe interview. Somaya makes a good point — Erica claims she couldn’t care less about Kimbella, but she certainly devotes a lot of time to trash talking her. Somaya is probably thrilled to have become a supporting player on this madness.
Fab’s former assistant Winter comes by Emily’s new place. Winter calls Emily out on moving out just to get a reaction from Fab, but she truly thinks that Fab will come around if Emily is patient. While Emily respects Winter’s opinion, she wants more. Winter reminds Emily that these “indiscretions” are part of the lifestyle and she’s known that for years. Emily isn’t willing to play second fiddle to anyone; she doesn’t think that someone’s fame should give them a free pass for bad behavior. Amen!
Erica is out celebrating her birthday, which seems to consist of her playing with her tatas in party goers’ faces. Yeah, she’s way classier than Kimbella. Speaking of, Kimbella heads to the party (wearing a God awful catsuit) fully intending to confront the two-faced Erica. Kimbella pulls her aside questioning why Erica pretended to be her friend and then gave such a scathing interview. She is trying to convince Erica that the rumors she’s heard about her aren’t true. I doubt Erica cares. Somaya joins in the tag team and Erica continues to act like a twelve-year-old… not that anyone is showing much maturity. Erica attempts a punch and then throws a drink. She’s pretty safe behind her wall of party attendees. Somaya and Kimbella storm out of the party so that the breast fondling festivities can resume.
Next week, Juelz gets arrested and his bail is close to $50,000. Rich and Olivia work on her career, while Mama Jones, Jim and Chrissy head to Jamaica.

Olivia should stay far away from the drama between Yandy and Chrissy but Chrissy will eventually turn on her because Chrissy demands complete devotion from her minions.
Fab will never marry Emily because Fab (and Jim Jones too) is entrenched in the “lifestyle” of groupies, jumpoffs, side pieces, whatever…
Hats off to Emily for standing her ground with Winter and maintaining some dignity. Hopes she stays strong.
RT hit it right on the mark about Yandy – who just can’t (or refuses) understand how she has overstepped her bounds with such inappropriate (professional) behavior and actions. Although I luvz me sum Chrissy, I wish she would simply ‘simmer down now’ because her reactive outbursts aren’t helpful.
Yet, I did notice at the club when she verbally (and attempt to physically) confront Yandy – she was sitting there while Yandy was in front of her talking with Olivia. I think Chrissy’s confrontation built up with Yandy’s nonchalant behavior in Chrissy’s face.
I wish they would please bring Somaya back and drop Erica! Erica talks like she has snot in her nose and cum in her mouth! I hate it!
Erica is such a thirsty b***h and I really wish they would stop giving her attention on the show. You can see how jealous she is of Kimbella because the only guy she could nail down was a side member of Terror Squad that no one knows. Every time Erica comes on I cringe because she is so annoying and immature. She might have a cute face but her personality makes her so ugly.

I think this vendetta has been handled very bad on both ends….
First off in the beginning Chrissy should have NEVER confided in Yandy…..I am sure she just wanted to vent but she should have been more selective with who she vents to…
Second Yandy should have never tried to butt in and fix it….sometimes you just have to be a sound board and keep her mouth shut….
Also as far as asking Chrissy to apologize to Kimbella….she should not have asked her to apologize to that skank….Kimbella should have understood the repercussions of announcing an affair to a girl in a room full of her friends….she would have got punched in the face eventually….she should have told Kimbella she was wrong and moved on….also she should not have tried to convince the other girls that what Chrissy did was wrong….Taking up for your friends is a good character trait I think…since Emily was too emotionally weak to do it….Chrissy did it for her…lol.
Also through out the season Yandy’s tone has been more “hey I apologize but that’s my brother I say what I want and you were wrong” instead of “hey I apologize I was wrong”. I think that is why Chrissy has been upset the whole season. It is hard to accept an apology if its not sincere…It’s kind of like someone saying “I am apologizing because I want to be the bigger person”….You should just apologize and that’s it….no extra commentary.
If seems as though Yandy apologizes then goes to other people and bash Chrissy and complains about why she shouldn’t apologize.
Anyway Chrissy should have just been the bigger person and let it go and moved on….

Nobody but, nobody is jealous of Yandy! I think she is a bit confused, thinking that Jimmy has whatever it is he has because, of her. Emily’s friend “Winter,” is no friend. She’s what you call a frienemy, someone who is always around but never really has your best interest in mind. Seems to me she’s jealous of Emily and wants to her to continue to be stuck, walked all over, disrespected and complacent in her relationship with Fab instead of finally moving on to a bigger and hopefully brighter future for her and her child.

First of all Erica Whateverhernameisandwhocares should go back to whatever Hollywood bar they scraped her out of. She is the epitome of black girl (or Latina girl??) lost. You can tell she stay geeked up. And although lost in a maylay of cuss words and confusion Kimbella pretty much confirmed said assumption. Them white horses be calling huh?

I agree with the statement about Olivia being boring. That in a nutshell is why your not more famous, just like a certain someone else (cough cough Ciara cough) your talent may be substantial but you have no personality and too much arrogance to see it. I lost interest in this show b/c of all the fighting. Every damn epiosde there is a fight, and it’s getting old. And this girl Erica needs to go. On another note, it was good to see Somaya come back, but I guess she has been written out from now on.

Emily is very very weak and she is suffering from a severe case of denial. She is turning down male dates and her wannabe man is running down females dates.

yandy should start ignoring everything & let the situation rest. i understand her frustration but chrissy isn’t worth it. yandy needs to accept jim’s feelings/relationship with chrissy & be okay with the fact she will never win that battle.
kimbella is my favorite, i think she is truly a good hearted & caring person & won’t go along with others if she feels it isn’t right..like emily do with chrissy.
Advice for Yandy; DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE RUIN YOUR CAREER! You worked really hard to earn your degree and paid a lot of money for your college education to have it ruined over these uneducated, ignorant people probably never even seen a front door of a college. Walk away from it for a second, you are actually a nice lady, I like you and everybody on the show. I would like to see You, Jimmy and Chrissy makeup. A lot of people are saying yandy should have stayed out of jim’s personal business…this is true…HOWEVER… everyone is negating the fact that it’s jim who brings yandy into his personal life and at times chrissy has done the same…now yandy should have declined or backed away from the situations but she feels so loyal to jim that she plays both roles…sister and manager. Now Chrissy ‘ol’ dumb butt should be mad at jim if anybody…don’t get mad just because when ya man has a problem he goes to another chick for comfort and not you and you don’t even check ya dude. I trully believe that’s what the issue really is about….Chrissy thinks she is some 1st lady of the Hip Hop game that deserves some type of respect…honey please get yo life!!
Yandy is one of those females that take that brother/sister thing to heart and that makes them feel they are more important than they really are. Chrissy’s problem with Yandy started with Jim. If you go back a couple of episodes to the rave video shoot, when Chrissy asked how it went and whether Yandy stood around and did nothing as usual he said no she handled business this time. Chrissy replied, oh so I should go easy on her? He replied, No im not saying all that. That makes me know that Jim has been discussing his unhappiness with Yandy with Chrissy.
When it comes to Yandy spending her money, so does Rich and we dont see him talking about Olivia’s love life, EVER!
Yandy was super unprofessional and way to into Jim and Chrissy’s personal life. If one of my husbands’ employees ever had a problem with him spending his money on me there would be issues and they would have to go! Plus, the way she is now Mama Jones’ bff is sickening. She is trying to hold on too tight. She looks desperate to be in Jim’s life. Then she is going around trying to find someone to say she has done nothing wrong.
Now with that said, I understand the reason but i want Chrissy to stop trying to fight. She is real good with her mouth when it comes to f*cking folks up. That lasts longer. See I think that’s the thing…it wasn’t jim’s money buying chrissy stuff it was Yandy’s money…remember she said jim was using her commission to buy chrissy handbags and what not…and I wouldn’t be surprised if Yandy has fronted up some money for jim to pay some bills up in that house…I mean let’s be honest I’m sure the “BALLIN” gravy train is over…maybe that’s why yandy feels some what like she is owed some loyalty…like don’t talk down to me when it’s my money that’s keeping the lights on in your house and putting designer shoes on your feet type attitude…who knows just my theory……and I agree rich does not discuss Olivia’s love life…however Olivia doesn’t invite rich into her love life as well….that’s the difference with the jim/yandy/chrissy situation…they invite yandy into their personal world and then get mad if she gives an opinion…
