Looking back at season one of Married to Medicine, the show's creator and star, Mariah Huq, shares a few regrets about the first season and hopes for future season(s). Also, check out a sneak peek of tonight's "Secrets Revealed" special.

In hindsight, Mariah regrets urging her daughter, Lauren, to question Toya Bush-Harris about rescinding the Huq's invitation to her Spookey Ookey party and hurting Dr. Jackie Walters' feelings at the Lemon Squeeze. Mariah admits that she "acted out of emotion" both times.

Mariah says that she has spoken to everyone except Kari Wells since taping the reunion special. She adds, "Season two is very likely. [Featuring] the same six ladies [however] is very very unlikely. #catch"

There's no doubt in my mind that Mariah has "pull" when it comes to casting the MDs and Mrs. MDs. If it were up to her, she says, "I would definitely be done with Kari. She is a fraud! Can't do liars. Toya is halfway there with me as well! Anyone who goes for kids and not be remorseful is deep!"

Speaking of casting, Mariah reveals that she was not gung ho about Lucy, her mother, appearing on the show. "Hunty, my mom being on the show was strictly the producers and her decision," she shares. "I was very nervous about it. Yes, I was, and I didn't want my mom to be ridiculed and scrutinized because she isn't part of the cast."

One decision that was a no-brainer for Mariah was choosing Bravo. Mariah admits that Married to Medicine was also picked up by TLC, adding, "But I thought Bravo was the place for us – right audience, right producers, and track record."

Tonight on Married to Medicine, Andy Cohen treats us to never-before-seen footage from season one. This video clip shows Quad Webb-Lunceford trying to find out what happened at Gregory's bachelor party:
