The restaurant also wants to raise money to help pay the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's fines – which are hefty given the crimes she is accused of committing. The group believes Teresa will avoid jail time in lieu of probation and fines.

Teresa invited fans to the event tonight via Twitter.

Well, since there's no good Giudice news to be heard as of late, witnesses and the police are giving more details about the infamous $5 Beach-Gate.

If you recall, the Giudices were at the beach with a bunch of Joe's family members and her parents when they got busted for skipping out on the $5 tickets to use the shore. Instead of simply paying the fees, they got into a huge argument with beach employees (including cursing out a teenaged girl) and the police were called. They eventually paid, but seriously getting money out of a Juicy is like getting wine out of a rock. A'int happening!

“They were getting loud,” Ship Bottom Police Chief Paul Sharkey explains about why they were called to the scene. “There was some language used. Our guys thought it was inappropriate.”

Chief Sharkey believes that the group had another town's beach badges, “Like the bordering town, Long Beach Township’s," he told NBC10 in Philadelphia, "so there was a misunderstanding at that level."

A witness to the incident relayed his disgust that the group was later seen leaving in a bunch of luxury cars. "I just shook my head and thought they didn’t want to pay for the beach badges, but they had all these expensive vehicles," the witness recounted. Another witness shared that the badge checker, a teenaged girl, "went home crying" because the group was screaming obscenities at her and arguing with her. “I felt terrible for the little girl,” the witness laments.

Maybe someone can host a fundraiser for this poor girls mental welfare. If I had Teresa screaming in my face I'd snap!

Police did not press charges against the group – which is a good thing given the Giudices current situation!
