Call the drama police, because this season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is shaping up to be one for the record books. VH1 just released the trailer for season three and there is a shooting, a paternity test, the fallout over the release of a sex tape and plenty of cat fights and relationship tensions.

The new season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta premieres on Monday, May 5 at 8PM ET/PT and includes the regular cast of characters, along with a few new additions. Up-and-coming rapper, Waka Flocka Flame and his fiancé, Tammy Rivera, Scrappy‘s new girl, Bambi, plus Yung Joc and Kalenna Harper all join the show for season three. Now, let the fireworks begin.

VH1 let us in on what we can expect from the new season…

Stevie J. and Joseline Hernandez are the picture of wedded bliss, which Joseline wants to cement in an extravagant wedding worthy of her — self-given — title as the "Puerto Rican Princess."

Mimi Faust and her boyfriend, Nikko Smith, are dealing with the fallout of a sex tape that was "stolen". The mother of one, is forced to decide if the fame and money from a sex tape is worth her reputation.

Lil Scrappy is newly sober and single and seems to be getting closer to rapper, Bambi.

Lil Scrappy's ex, Erica Dixon, is ready to focus on her fashion line, instead of the drama of her off-again relationship.

Kirk and Rasheeda's marriage is in trouble when Kirk questions the paternity of their newest addition, Karter.

Benzino seems to have settled down with fiancé Althea, but family drama at a funeral, lands him in the hospital.

Hit maker, Yung Joc, seems to have found happiness with Benzino's ex Karlie Redd.

Newcomers Waka Flocka Flame and fiancé Tammy Rivera have been through a series of ups and downs, but both seem ready to take the next step together.

Diddy-Dirty Money member Kalena Harper, has moved to Atlanta with husband Tony aka “T.Vick” in a last ditch effort re-launch her solo career.

VH1 promises that the third season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta will continue to give you an "unfiltered look into the lives of those aspiring to make a name for themselves in ATL – whatever it takes.
