Melissa Gorga and two of the newbie housewives, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, did a few press events together yesterday. The ladies stopped by Extra’s NYC studios at H&M in Times Square to do an interview and chat about the new season.
I think it’s just now hitting me that our only ‘originals’ this year will be Melissa (not technically an original), Teresa Giudice and returning former casts member Dina Manzo. I know not everyone loved Caroline Manzo or Jacqueline Laurita, but it’s going to be a totally different dynamic without them! And it sounds like we won’t be seeing as much of Kathy and Rich Wakile this time around, either.
I’m curious to see what the new cast members bring this season, but if it doesn’t work out, I’m voting for the return of the original cast – Danielle Staub and all! Are you with me?
My wish from last week’s episode of Little Women LA came true and we were given a whole lot of Traci Harrison this week. Sadly, it was not the Traci I was hoping for. We will get into this more as we dive into this week’s episode that includes wedding drama, straying boyfriends, and babies!
The show kicks off with Christy McGinty and Todd warehouse shopping. Christy cracks a joke that warehouse shopping and little people could result in “death by shopping.” I love that Christy doesn’t let her size hold her back. We always see her climbing to reach stuff at stores and man-handling items that are close to the same size as her. Good for her! Christy brings up setting a date for the wedding to Todd, but then mentions that she wouldn’t mind eloping. Todd considers the idea because this will be a second marriage for both of them until Christy brings up the fact that she hated her last wedding. Todd says that this would be an opportunity for her to do everything the way she wants if they were to have a big wedding and Christy is easily persuaded.
Last week Kai shared his side, including extensive photos and statements about the condition of the home, which he was in the process of purchasing from the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars. He also explained the issues with the bounced payments. Since then, Patterson went ahead and ordered a full inspection of the home and shared the results with us. We’re attaching the pdf below if you’d like to take a look at all 38 pages! The inspection is a thorough list of things in need of attention and repair and further investigation.
Despite a long list of issues, Kai still wants to buy the mansion. He chatted up Radar Online about trying to work things out with the Gorgas and moving forward with the purchase!
The Real Housewives of Orange County star had planned to spend time with Briana this summer as Briana prepared for her the birth of her second son, but baby had other plans! Vicki shared over the weekend that the baby was going to be early, so she had to rush off to be with her family. She wrote on Friday, “Just got to LAX to catch a 6am flight to OKC. Our new baby decided to come a early. Can’t get there quick enough! Pray for healthy baby and momma. 4thofJulybaby.”
Last night on Ladies of London new allegiances were formed while old ones frayed. Showergate continued. And Noelle Reno was somehow in the middle of all of it. Just the way she likes it.
And we’re back in Mapperton. It’s the morning after the Bambi dinner. Caroline Stanbury, Juliet Angus, and Marissa Hermer convene in Noelle’s room at the Lodge. Juliet reports that Caprice Bourret has already checked out. The other three are surprised. Caroline thinks it’s due to her and her new friendships with the American women. She can’t help it if they think she’s fab, Caprice. Juliet starts bagging on Caprice (and Brits in general), but Marissa doesn’t want to take sides. She thinks Caprice left early because of her pregnancy. Juliet claims she was the nicest person ever when she was pregnant. Marissa wishes she would have known her back then. Boom. Awkward silence.
On last night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashiansthings begin at Kris Jenner's house with the ever adorable Mason announcing he is going to kick his Aunty KoKo's butt at sword fighting. Can I just say, if this show had more Mason and less kartrashian fakeness and orchestrated storylines I think this show would become more likeable. Mason is adorable and the family is equally adorable when they are with him.
Bruce Jenner,Scott Disick and Mason go on a man date. Bruce is still enjoying his hot and steamy love affair with Malibu. I don't think it's Malibu so much as it is being free from Kris Jenner. Scott wants to watch Bruce fly one of his toy helicopters. Bruce believes you shouldn't be a spectator in life and that you learn more from doing. Scott is all for it. #WordsOfWisdomByBruce
On a different note, Bruce asks Scott how he is doing since the sudden and tragic loss of both his parents. Scott reveals he can't believe this is his life now and he sometimes forgets they are gone. He even tries to call them sometimes without realizing no one will ever answer. My heart breaks for Scott. I hope Scott is comfortable with talking about his feelings on camera and this isn't the Kardashians abusing a storyline, because his pain and sadness is raw and real. To make a bad scene worse, Bruce tells Scott he is kind of stuck with them – family wise.
The happy newlyweds shared that they were thrilled with the way the wedding reception went. They wanted it to be a big party and were happy at how much fun it was.
Kandi explained to Andy that the reason the wedding started so late is that they put down for guests to arrive at 5pm. The wedding was on a Friday and the figured with traffic, etc, that they'd be able to get it going by 7pm but the dresses weren't finished, so that caused a delay as well.
