Dancing With The Stars

Dancing with the Stars Season 21 photos

ABC has released the Dancing with the Stars season 21 cast photos.

Above is my number one reason for watching this season, Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak with her partner Tony Dovolani. It would be an understatement to say Tony has his work cut out for him this season, but then again, he survived NeNe Leakes and Kate Gosselin. I’m also looking forward to watching Tamar Braxton dance with Val Chmerkovskiy (my favorite pro).

Below are photos of this season’s stars – Gary Busey, Kim, Bindi Irwin, Nick Carter, Hayes Grier, Victor Espinoza, Chaka Khan, Alek Skarlatos, Paula Deen, Alexa PenaVega, Carlos PenaVega, Andy Grammer, and Tamar – with their pro partners. Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars begins Monday, September 14th on ABC. Do you plan to watch this season?

KIM ZOLCIAK

Kim Zolciak has strapped on her dancing shoes to conquer Dancing With The Stars and with her every step of the way is “Quinn Biermann!” – aka her WIGSTAND!

The Don’t Be Tardy star shared several behind-the-scenes photos of herself and “Quinn” beginning their DWTS journey. Well, at least Kim has a friend! Kim will be partnering with pro Tony Dovolani – this isn’t Tony’s first time dancing with a former Real Housewives – he was NeNe Leakes partner when she appeared on the show. Hopefully Kim has better dancing skills!

While I do wonder how Kim’s six kiddos are – who is watching them back in ATL with Kroy Biermann ready to start his NFL season? Eh, I’m sure Brielle and Tracy the Chef are handling things just fine! Actually who is watching Kroy?!

Dancing with the Stars Season 21

ABC announced the Dancing with the Stars season 21 stars this morning on Good Morning America. Most of the cast had been revealed ahead of time, but there were a few surprises.

Much to our surprise, Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak isn’t the only reality TV star dancing for the mirror ball trophy this season. Braxton Family Values and Tamar & Vince star Tamar Braxton is competing against Kim.

As for the pro dancers, one of my favorite Dancing with the Stars pros, Anna Trebunskaya, is back. Unfortunately, she has been paired with Gary Busey. Why can’t I have nice things?!? Also disappointing, Peta Murgatroyd is out for the season due to an ankle injury. Peta was supposed to dance with “Honey I’m Good” singer Andy Grammer. He’ll dance with Allison Holker instead. Check out the complete list below and let us know if you plan to watch.

Watch What Happens Live - Season 12

Dancing with the Stars is FINALLY giving us a little excitement for season 21!  So far the contestant list was giving us the Vicki Gunvalson Snores, but now they’re shaking things up and are giving us Kim Zolciak!  It was announced this afternoon that the Don’t Be Tardy star is officially signed on!

ABC hasn’t confirmed the rumor, but E! News reported that multiple sources are telling them it’s 100% true.

Dancing with the Stars Paula Deen and Nick Carter

Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars is shaping up to be quite the can’t miss program snoozefest. Several stars have confirmed their participation ahead of the official cast reveal on September 2nd. So far, I’m not impressed.

Joining the previously announced Bindi Irwin will be controversial celebrity chef Paula Deen, Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, Triple Crown-winning jockey Victor Espinoza, music icon Chaka Khan, Vine star Hayes Grier, who is only 15 years old, and “Honey I’m Good” pop singer Andy Grammer.

Bindi-Irwin-Dancing-With-the-Stars-001

Aww, little Bindi Irwin is all grown up. And she’s celebrating her latest good news as the first contestant to be announced in the upcoming 21st season of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars! Bindi joked in a retweet today from an interview with Good Morning America, “I’m more afraid of the judges than I am of Crocs!”

Daughter of the late Steve Irwin, best known as television’s Crocodile Hunter, Bindi is no stranger to the spotlight. After Steve tragically died from a stingray barb in 2006, Bindi (then only 8-years old) delivered a heartfelt public eulogy to a TV audience of more than 300 million viewers, going on in later years to star in My Daddy the Crocodile Hunter as well as various fitness and music DVDs.

Len Goodman - 10 year anniversary party for Dancing With The Stars

It’s the end of an era for Dancing With The Stars as long-time judge and driving force Len Goodman‘s departure is confirmed.

Len, a judge since season one, initially announced his planned departure from the show last December when he expressed that the back and forth travel to film DWTS placed too much of a burden on his family and his other career commitments. “I just need a bit of time off to get on with a normal life,” he said at the time.

Many anticipated Len would change his mind and be back for the upcoming season. Instead it’s official that after 10 years on the show, Len has hung up his ABC dancing shoes and waltzed away!

 Rumer Willis(1)

Rumer Willis and that hot piece of man-candy Val Chmerkovskiy tore up the dance floor this season on Dancing with the Stars, taking home the mirrorball trophy.  Rumer is opening up in this month’s issue of Glamour magazine about what the show did for her and more.  Take a peek at some excerpts from her interview below.
