A Fulton County Judge has ordered Kordell Stewartto pay his wife $5,000 a month in spousal support for the duration of their divorce proceedings. It wasn't as much as Porsha had hoped for, as she was asking for $7,500, but it's still a win, even if only temporary!
Kordell was also ordered to return all of Porsha's personal property or pay for a storage unit for her things.
Kenya tells Wendy, "we never got notice of our court date, so that's (the eviction) going to be overturned. We'll have another court date, so it isn't over 'til the fat lady sings." She shares how much money has been paid to her landlord for the rental, "secondly, this is absolutely absurd. I've paid this woman nearly $52,000 in rent and she has a $6,000 security deposit. I have paid her May rent and paid her June and my lease is up in three weeks. So, this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous."
The saga of the one-hit wonder continues… Unfortunately.
In her attempt to get Kandi Burruss' 'Don't Be Tardy' lawsuit against her thrown out of court, Kim Zolciak is taking on Kandi's lawyerPhaedra Parks and asserts that Phaedra has failed to prove that Kandi has sufficient rights to the material in question. She filed a Motion To Dismiss suggesting that Kandi has no grounds to file a suit for material that she has no copyright for.
In paper's filed by Kim's legal counsel she attests that: “Nowhere in Plaintiffs’ Complaint is it asserted that Kandi Koated Entertainment, Inc. is an owner or an assignee of any copyright interest in the Composition or the Sound Recording”.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star of course believes otherwise. Kandi is not the sole party in the lawsuit so it is unclear if Kim believes none of the plaintiffs involved have rights to the copyright.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was being sued by her landlord for failing to pay her rent on time, a claim that Kenya vehemently denied. Conya Dillon had shared with us that Kenya was more than $2500 behind and explained, "she has been a horrible tenant with delinquencies that forced an eviction filing to get her to pay up."
TGIF, y'all! It's time for some Real Housewivves of Atlanta news before the weekend commences. You know that Cynthia Bailey? She's a doll. No seriously (just keep reading)! Kandi Burruss chats about her upcoming vows with RHOA producer Todd Tucker, and we've got the latest name that's been thrown in the hat for next season's newbie!
According to NASDAQ (yeah, we read more than just 'loids around here!), the One World Doll Project has partnered with Cynthia to create her mini-me. That's right. She's going to be a collectors' item.
Cynthia is branching out from pageants and model coaching (and is also beating Phaedra to the bookshelves) with a new memoir "Carry-on Baggage – Our Nonstop Flight", which is set to debut in July. Peter and Cynthia will dish on their business ventures and how they make their marriage work.

Well now that she has her new spinoff, Rich People Problems, to promote and an upcoming book, Secrets Of A Southern Belle, Phaedra is out of hiding and dishing on RHOA drama, her behavior last season, and a certain someone's upcoming wedding!
Phaedra shares that of course some of her colleagues reached out to her post-birth. "Kandi [Burruss] and Todd came to the hospital," Phaedra tells TooFab. "Cynthia [Bailey]has talked to me several times since giving birth. And Porsha [Stewart] sent a wonderful gift."
Last week everyone was talking about Krayonce getting evicted!
While the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was "out of town" the Sheriff's office was spotted serving her with an eviction notice on her doorstep and demanding she vacate the property. Kenya had three-days to respond to the notice. Kenya's landlord also filed a suit for unpaid rent.
Kenya's landlord, Coya Weems-Dillon contacted us and revealed that this is the second time Kenya has almost been Gone With The Wind Homeless, but last time she paid up at the very last minute and Coya couldn't boot her out!
Well now it seems Kenya is at it again! She insists her rent for May/June is paid-in-full and filed a countersuit for wrongful eviction, slander, and emotional distress. Um… seriously?
