Former Real Housewives of Atlanta Star Sheree Whitfield Denied Protective Order Against Blogger!

Oh Sheree Whitfield... When is She by SheShady going to realize that she and the court of law are never going to be friends? Dang girl, just save your money and pay. your. bills!

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star took Atlanta blogger Tamara Tattles to court this week seeking a protective order because she claimed Tamara stalked her and caused her to fear for her life by reporting on Chateau Sheree. Tamara scoped out the property – as have numerous local bloggers – and was allowed into the still unfinished home by a builder. Tamara snapped a few pictures, wrote a blog, and then was on her merry way.

Until Sheree got wind of it and took her to court! Unfortunately for Miss She by SheBroke, not only did the judge essentially throw her pleas out of court deciding she was NOT being stalked, but we learned it was confirmed that she is not even the owner of Chateau Sheetrock and Sticks.

Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore’s Workout Video Outselling Phaedra Parks’ Donkey Booty DVD!

Phaedra Parks' competition has hit stores!

Number one biter Kenya Moore just launched Booty Boot Camp, her derriere inspired workout video (which looks much more professional than Phaedra's) and it is so far doing well on Amazon.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's workout DVD is ranked as #44 in Movies & TV > DVD > Exercise & Fitness compared to Phaedra's Phine Booty which is currently ranking at #3,545 in Movies & TV. Strangely Phaedra's Volume 1 has also doubled in price since its initial release.

Unfortunately for Kenya, her DVD is being slammed with accusations of fake 5-star reviews! HA! Most of the good reviews were written BEFORE the DVD actually released. It hit markets only today. So, is Kenya pulling a Jill Zarin and beefing up her own reputation to compete with Phaedra?

Only time will tell whose booty buster has what it takes. Or in this case, what's real and what's a silicone implant. Allegedly, of course!

Real Housewives of Atlanta Recap: Southern Hospitality

Last night the ladies of Real Housewives of Atlanta brought their southern notions and their southern concepts of time to LA. And apparently in LA no one is ever late.

Things begin with the ladies traveling via trains, planes, and hummer limos (but thankfully not on a platoon of Louwee VeeTAWN luggage) to NeNe Leakes' house in the Hollywood Hills. She must have rented Chateau Sheree, the LA Version because the road to get there is completely under construction and the limo driver informs them they can walk the rest of the way up.

NeNe has to drive down and get them in her SUV and the house turns out to be gorgeous. NeNe's is hosting a fabulous dinner party so she can introduce her Hollywood friends to her cast mates. She wants the ladies to arrive back at her house by 9pm sharp for a sit-down dinner, even though it's the day they landed and they have like six minutes to get ready and traverse down the hill on foot to meet their limo and schlep all across town. No one is thrilled.

REPORT: Real Housewives of Atlanta Star Phaedra Parks Lands A Spinoff!

Apparently Real Housewives of Atlanta is spinoff central! Phaedra Parks is the latest lady to score her own show!

StraightFromTheA reports that Phaedra will be returning to her roots and her new show will be all about Phaedra Parks, Attorney At Law and not about Phaedra Parks, Donkeybootyologist, married wannabe mortician!

The new show is rumored to be a "People's Court" type show where Phaedra will put her mediation skills to the test as she works with two parties reach a resolution to legal issues.

RHOA’s Kenya Moore And The Girl Scouts Of America Versus Here Comes Honey Boo Boo!

Oh gracious! Kenya Moore had better redneck-ognize. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is not being very Gone With The Wind Fabulous! In fact, I'd say she's the exact opposite. The former Miss USA 1993 is bashing on everyone's favorite seven-year-old reality phenomenon. Remember Kenya, pretty is as pretty does…and jealousy/mean girl remarks aren't very becoming!

Of course, Alana Thompson and Mama June know the old adage, and they live it with their good deeds–even if they get criticized for it. Not only is Kenya hating on the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo mother/daughter duo, but the the Girl Scouts of America are taking issue with the pair as well. Do you know who couldn't care less about either one? That's right. June and Alana are too busy helping their community to bother with such nonsense.

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta Star Sheree Whitfield Seeking Protective Order Against Atlanta Blogger Over Chateau Sheree!

After years and years and years of being on the receiving end of legal issues She By SheBroke is now on the firing side!

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is seeking a protective order against popular Atlanta blogger TamaraTattles because she claims the blogger violated her privacy and is stalking her after she took photos of Chateau Sheree without permission.

Earlier this month Tamara paid a visit to the terminally under-construction Chateau Sheree. Tamara claims a construction worker on the property invited her in and allowed her to tour the premises. The original blog, including the photos Tamara took, is here. Tamara was complimentary to the plans Sheree had in place for the house, which has undergone shady contractors and multiple deed owners as Sheree struggled to finance its completion.

Well Sheree did not take kindly to Tamara's 'invasion of privacy' and Courthouse News reports she filed a "Petition for Stalking Temporary Protective Order" against Tamara in Fulton County Superior Court. Sheree alleges that Tamara, "harasses and stalks her, showing up at the construction site of her home, snapping photos and blogging about it all."
