Everyone’s favorite Bachelor Pad villainess Vienna Girardi is speaking out about her relationship with ex-boyfriend and Bachelor Pad pad partner, Kasey Kahl! And Vienna is now accusing the Kasey “Guard And Protect Your Heart” Kahl of abuse!

Speaking to Reality Weekly, Vienna describes the fear she felt in her past relationship, which she describes as “hell” and explains why she had to leave Kasey! “I went through hell with him, with his drinking and his anger,” she reveals. “I had enough, I couldn’t take it anymore.”

Vienna’s fear was so acute it led her to break up with Kasey in November, move out of their Beverly Hills apartment, and literally flee to Florida. “I had to get away from it,” she explains.

Vienna’s first experience with Made-For-TV love was scarcely better. After winning The Bachelor and becoming engaged to Jake Pavelka, Vienna had a similar experience; claiming Jake’s temper and his controlling behavior forced her to end the engagement and move out.

While dating Kasey, Vienna says she was subjected to constant emotional abuse and although he never hit her with closed fists, he got physical in other ways. “He kicked me off the couch one night with his foot,” she recalls. “I have voice recordings of Kasey when he has called me drunk and mad, yelling he is going to f–k a girl – while we were dating,” Vienna insists.

Vienna claims Kasey often promised to change; to stop drinking, but he never did. “He got drunk every day,” she alleges. “Kasey claims to never remember anything he does when he’s drunk. And that is a big problem because he never thinks he has done anything wrong.”

Kasey was recently arrested in his hometown of Fresno, CA after getting into a bar brawl. He allegedly punched a woman in the face, giving her a bloody nose. Kasey was arrested with several friends; no charges were filed and the police let him go. Vienna alleges the woman Kasey supposedly hit is suing him because of the assault.

The couple attempted to work through their issues on the new Vh1 show, Relationship Rehab, where Kasey admitted he had a problem with drinking – but nothing got resolved. Vienna remained afraid of his temper: “I was so scared,” she admits and the couple broke up.

Vienna describes their break up as difficult and said Kasey took it hard. “Kasey wasn’t ready to break up,” Vienna explains, adding that she wanted to go in a different direction in her life, which further angered him. “I wanted to buy a house, move to Florida, and open a clothing store. Kasey got really mad about that.”

Ultimately, Vienna decided she had to leave, but remained silent until now, because she was afraid to tell anyone. And it has nothing at all to do with promoting her newest reality show?

“I was so afraid to tell people about how he treated me because I was scared no one would ever believe me after what happened with Jake,” Vienna admits. “So I just picked up and left LA. I came home to Florida and started my life again.”

Vienna is hopeful that Kasey will realize the error of his ways and stop drinking once and for all. “Maybe he will learn,” Vienna says. “Sadly, he is a good guy when he’s not drinking.” Kasey has yet to comment on these allegations, but I’m sure he will in the next day or two!

Just a side note – I sincerely hope claiming domestic abuse is not going to be the new way wannabe celebrities seek attention from the media. Why don’t they stick to making sex tapes like the good old days. Domestic violence is an incredibly serious issue and should not be taken lightly. I hope all these women speaking out about alleged abuse are being truthful AND attempting to use their platform to help victims with fewer resources.

TELL US YOUR THOUGHTS ON VIENNA’S TRAUMATIC RELATIONSHIP WITH KASEY?

If The Bachelor villainess Courtney Robertson‘s goal is solely to get famous and not to fall in love with Bachelor Ben Flajnik, she is kinda succeeding. Courtney, the formerly unknown, continues to garner regular headlines in the tabs.

Last week, it was the story of how she dumped her boyfriend to go on the show, and this week, we’ve got her mom Sherry Robertson giving interviews to several gossip rags, proving that the lust for fame runs in the family.

She had some harsh words to say about Ben in one interview, pointing out that just doesn’t fit her aesthetic standards: “She’s too good for Ben. Ben’s not hot enough. I would not pick him out of a crowd for my daughter. Physically, he’s not as handsome as the guys Courtney dates. [Courtney has] dated some really good-looking men.”

And who are those other handsome men Courtney has graced with her charming personality? There’s actor Jesse Metcalf, and in an interview for Life & Style, a source alleges she he dated Jim Toth, actress Reese Witherspoon‘s current husband. In fact, the “friend” says she dated him right before he started dating Reese, which means she should be just as famous as Reese, right? They say, “Courtney dated Jim right before he started going out with Reese. They went on several dates.”

That sounds like a totally serious relationship. It turns out Jim wanted to settle down and Courtney wasn’t down with that, “Jim made it very clear he was done dating around and was ready for marriage and a family — he was 38 and ready to settle down. Courtney felt the opposite, and they stopped seeing each other. Jim started dating Reese — and knew he’d found the one.”

It looks like Courtney isn’t looking for a relationship, as she is a ticket to fame. Jim Toth, after all, is a very big agent in Hollywood, and had she played her cards right, she could have made some serious connections. But, she may have been too transparent in her true motivations. In the Life & Style piece, Sherry agrees that her daughter is not looking to be wifed up: “I’ve never felt she was really looking for a permanent relationship and marriage. She’s been out with a few very successful, good-looking men!”

In the meantime, on the show, Ben continues to look for his next girlfriend / fiancee of 15 minutes, eternal love. He blogged about his now infamous skinny-dipping scene with Courtney, saying he’d be dumb to turn her down:

“I won’t spend a ton of time on the skinny-dipping, because I feel like I’ve talked about it so much in the press! What I will say is that I try to focus on all these relationships singularly. It’s odd to date more than one woman and in order to do so, you have to try to treat each one individually. If I were in Puerto Rico with a beautiful woman I was dating and she wanted to skinny dip, I would be a fool to decline. I treated this situation the same way.”

“I will admit that at the time I wasn’t thinking of the other women and how it would make them feel, and I’m sorry for that, but I can’t blame Courtney for going out of her way to spend more time with me – that’s why we are all here.”

The Bachelor has already established their villain in Courtney Robertson, a brunette who appears to have not received the memo that no one says “winning” anymore. In a new report by Life & Style magazine, it’s revealed that she’s not exactly the lonely date-less girl she has painted herself out to be in her conversations with Ben Flajnik.

In fact, she had a serious boyfriend whom she dumped to appear on the show! The report’s source reveals “She was dating photographer Cavan Clark for months. Then one day she just stopped calling. And they were so serious. Even talking marriage. He was about to propose.”

The source claims that the callous Courtney even filmed her Bachelor spots in a dress her boyfriend got her as well as a bicycle, which Cavan discovered by watching TV and catching his former beloved.

Ben is also getting a glimpse into Courtney’s true nature by watching the episodes along with the rest of us and on his People.com blog, says he didn’t know what she was doing when she wasn’t trapping him in her web:

“One thing I was completely oblivious to was Courtney causing such a stir with the other women. I thought that she was just making the most of her moments with me.

It’s really hard to not let your mind get caught up in “Do I really know that this person is being sincere?” so I tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I tried not to go into this experience with the fear that I was getting played, but I will say that if I let myself go there, it’s a common fear in any relationship. Am I seeing the real side to this person?”

In his blog, Ben appears frustrated he is not getting the complete story and has to rely on himself:

“It’s really hard to navigate this process, especially when I don’t see what is going on between the ladies when I’m not in the room. But even though there was drama amongst the women, I decided to rely on my own intuitions and make up my mind for myself.”

Whether or not Ben knows about Courtney‘s true personality and serious boyfriend, it’s clear he’s smitten with her charms, on full display in the following clip where the two go skinny dipping. It’s so romantic with the two of them, the camera crew, producers, and the knowledge everyone you’ve ever known will soon be watching you naked with blocks on your private parts. It’s every girl’s dream.

Being an actual contestant on The Bachelor is simply not humiliating enough for some folks. Others have to extend their .5 seconds of fame and come back to the show, via their spin-offs, or if you’re Shawntel Newton, you can return in a surprise visit.

In an interview with People, Shawntel explains what the hell she was doing there as well as her very special connection via sexting (er, I mean, “Twitter fling”) to current bachelor Ben Flajnik. Plus, how she dealt with the abuse backlash she received from the other contestants!

On why she decided to meet Ben on the show, instead of meeting him for a drink like a normal person:

“I didn’t want to go back on national television, but I wanted to at least meet Ben in person. This was the only chance I had. [He could] be engaged in a couple of months. It was worth trying. It wasn’t like I was in love with this guy, but I thought there could be something … I didn’t think anyone was in love yet so I didn’t think I was stepping on too many toes.”

On some of the not-so-nice reactions she received from the actual contestants:

I knew I was walking into a lion’s den. I expected going in to have the girls a little confused and upset with me. … Insecurities came out and nothing could have prepared me [for] the reaction [I got]. Hearing girls saying I’m uglier in person and have big thighs and calling me dumpster trash and a b—- – was intense. I was hurt. Jaclyn told me she wanted to punch [me] in the face. Courtney was the most harsh. When I got sent home, she laughed and said, “Sayonara.” Defending myself for two hours was exhausting. A girl can only take so much. I snuck off to the bathroom and I cried.

On her very intimate Twitter relationship with Ben:

I made it very clear on Twitter I had a crush on him and wanted to get to know him [during] Ashley’s season. He sent me a private message and we exchanged numbers. We [said] we should meet in person but he couldn’t be seen in public. It never happened.

On how she thought her surprise visit would do:

I was very confident walking in, because I knew he felt something for me, too. I really thought he would keep me and at least take me on a date to see if there was something. I would have liked that a whole lot better than talking to him for two minutes, getting picked on and then being sent home.

On who’s wearing the pants on the Bachelor set:

I think the biggest influence [on his decision] was Courtney. She basically gave him an ultimatum – “If you keep Shawntel, I’m out” – and he’s making it clear he’s head over heels for her. I think he ends up choosing her.

In other news, Bravo’s own Andy Cohen also made a shocking revelation when he told the HollywoodLife he was once approached to be The Bachelor!

“I got a call once years ago before anybody knew who I was,” Andy revealed. “My picture was in W magazine, and the producers of The Bachelor called. They were calling to see if I would ever be interested in going through the casting process.”

Andy err of course turned ABC down for obvious reasons. “I said, ‘You are barking up the wrong tree,’” he stated. “‘Unless The Bachelor is going in a different direction …”

According to a report, past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants have had it with the show’s super strict rules and are not taking it any more!

The coalition or planned class action lawsuit rather is being led by Jesse Csincsak, winner of the Bachelorette season 4 with Deanna Pappas.

In an interview with CupidsPulse.com, Jesse reveals he and other show contestants have spoken to attorneys and are in discussion to file the lawsuit against the show’s creators Mike Fleiss and Elan Gale.

“Once you’re on the show, they own you,” Jesse said. ”Even when your contract is up, they still interfere in your life and prevent you from promoting other brands and making money.”

Jesse, who does a lot of interviews/blogs posts about the shows and even hosts Bachelor(ette) events, reveals the last straw for him came when Gale contacted his business partners and other companies telling them not to work with him. Jesse adds that the producers have also contacted former other show contestants threatening to blacklist them if they participate in any of his events.

Jesse, who is now married to former Bachelor contestant Ann Lueders, explains how the planned class action lawsuit came about. “I had planned to file my own lawsuit last month but after discussions with numerous people and former Bachelor contestants, we realized that this issue is much bigger than me,” he said.

And in a separate interview with Star magazine earlier this month, the former pro skateboarder referred to Fleiss as a bully. “He thinks he owns me and can keep me from making money. I just want to feed my family,” said Jesse, adding: “I want Fleiss to treat me like he wants to be treated… if he wants me to leave him alone, he needs to leave me alone.”

Yikes, this is certain to get ugly. It, however, appears Jesse and others have a real shot at winning this case as back in 2003, the show’s producers sued former Bachelor Season 4 star, Bob Guiney, accusing him of violating his contract by promoting his cd and music video. Bob ended up winning that case.

It was also reported last month that the show filed a lawsuit against Steve Carbone, who operates the site RealitySteve.com, known for revealing pretty accurate spoilers about the show. The lawsuit alleged Steve was offering contestants financial incentives to break their show contracts.

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THIS PLANNED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? SHOULD THE CONTESTANTS BE ALLOWED TO MAKE A LIVING OFF THE SHOW AFTER THEIR SEASONS END?

Ben Flajnik ended up eliminating the NYC blogger last week following two episodes of a cry-fest. In a recent interview with the press, Jenna, 27, reveals she doesn’t blame Ben for sending her packing.

“Watching it, I wanted to shake myself and say, get a grip,” says Jenna. “I would have sent myself home, to be honest,” she says adding that she was able to laugh at herself while watching the episodes. Glad to know she was laughing with the rest of us!

Jenna goes on to blame a bad break up for her being overly emotional and vulnerable. “It was just a rocky start. A lot of people react differently. I think we all have our own insecurities. I apparently cry and other girls come off more aggressive.”  She adds: “Everyone always talks about strategy. I had no strategy. I thought, am I supposed to have one? I thought this was about finding a connection.”

Calling her time on the show “one big therapy session,” Jenna, however, owns up to her behavior on the show. “I’m owning it. I cried a lot. I’m human. My emotions and nerves got the best of me. But… I have no regrets,” she says.

And her thoughts on Ben today? “I think Ben is a great guy. It’s tough to be in that situation with all these women vying for your attention. He maintained his sanity and went with the flow,” says Jenna.

Jenna also shared her thoughts on two troublemakers of the most controversial contestants thus far, a.k.a Courtney and Blakeley. “The girl does have a heart. But I think we all have our insecurities. The way Blakeley deals with her insecurities is she’s more aggressive. She can only stay strong for so long,” Jenna says of Blakeley. When it comes to Courtney, she adds: “I just know she’s a model. She plays with her hair a lot. After watching the show, I think there’s a serious case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.”

Moving on to tonight’s new episode as a mystery woman will be coming on to the show to try to win Ben’s heart!

According to OK! magazine, the mystery woman is not an ex-girlfriend of Ben’s but rather the ex of former Bachelor Brad Womack! Yes Shawntel Newton, who was dumped by Brad after the hometown dates on his season, comes on the show to fight for Ben’s love. Seriously what are these women seeing  in Ben that we’re not???

“It’s Shawntel, and I’m here to date Ben,” Shawtel announces to the girls in a preview of tonight’s episode. “You don’t know Ben!” one of the girls screams. It appears poor Shawntel will be receiving a very negative reception from the other ladies! How will Ben feel about this surprise?

Poor Ashley Hebert, the former Bachelorette continues to get dissed even months after her show ended!

The latest diss comes from Ben Flajnik, as the new Bachelor takes a not so subtle shot at the woman who turned down his proposal in a new interview with UsWeekly.

When asked what his biggest lesson was as a contestant on Ashley’s Bachelorette season, Ben replies: “To be open to surprises. When I first got to The Bachelorette, I wasn’t too enthralled with Ashley being the girl, but as time went on, it worked pretty well. It’s important to look past some of those initial reactions.” Wow.

The isn’t the first instance of Ben being a jerk as he also reportedly dissed Jennifer Love Hewitt after his infamous date with her last year. Sources revealed back then that Ben told friends he found her to be a bit crazy during their date and was not interested in a second date with her.

When it comes to his ideal type, Ben reveals he loves “a passionate, confident woman. Someone I can take to a party and look at across the room and smile, and know she’s got this. I’m more attracted to brunettes, but then I never find myself dating them, which is weird. And I’m a total leg and butt guy.” Good to know Ben!

Moving on to Monica Spannbauer, who has quickly become the most controversial contestant on Ben’s season, well next to the super cray/emotional Jenna, all thanks to her antics on the show.

On Monday’s premiere episode, Monica paid very little attention to Ben and instead spent most of her night flirting with fellow contestant Blakeley Shea. This led to a ton of speculation that Monica is perhaps more interested in the ladies than the boring Ben!

While the contestants are not allowed to do interviews until they are eliminated from the show, Monica’s stepmother Sherry Ekberg, is now defending her via an interview with Star Magazine.

According to stepmom Sherry, Monica is not gay or bisexual, and blames alcohol for her steamy advance towards Blakeley. Monica could be seen telling Blakeley: “You’re beautiful; you’re amazing.”

Sherry tells Star that the show’s producers “really like to keep [the contestants] intoxicated, so anything can happen at that point… they keep them a little looped up.” Sherry adds that Monica isn’t “too pleased” with the way she was portrayed on Monday’s season premiere.

“They… portrayed her as something she’s not,” Sherry said. “Sometimes they’ll do anything they can for the publicity — that’s probably the only reason it’s on the show.” All righty then Monica’s stepmom!

The short long wait is over as the new season of The Bachelor returns tonight on ABC!

On the 16th season of the ABC hit show, Ben Flajnik, who was rejected by Bachelorette Ashley Hebert last year after getting down on one knee to propose, returns to find love amongst 25 desperate eager bachelorettes!

When asked if he found love on the show, Ben plays coy stating “I obviously can’t tell you that. But I’m happy with my decision in doing the show. Another good experience. Another cathartic, therapeutic adventure for me.” Hint – He did and is now engaged!

So what is Ben looking for in a potential mate? “It’s important for me to be with someone who’s well-rounded, cultured and flexible,” says Ben, 29. “Not someone who is so used to routine. Because my life is very sporadic. Being in the wine industry, no two days are the same. So those were important qualities that I looked for.”

Ben is also asked if he’s concerned that, you know, pretty much 99% of the show’s relationships end up not working out. “Relationships end whether you’re on a TV show or not. Some haven’t worked out and some have. There are some celebrated relationships on this show,” claims Ben. Good answer!

Ben also assures us that when “all of this is said and done, I just want to go back to my life in Northern California, where most people really don’t know who I am. And I’d prefer it that way.”

As for what we can expect on tonight’s premiere, sensitive New York blogger Jenna has an emotional breakdown over Ben while another contestant Monica — who is reportedly bisexual — shows more interest in a fellow contestant than in Ben! And Brittney tries to snag a first impression rose by bringing her Grandma on to meet Ben.

The Bachelor premieres tonight at 8/7c on ABC.

Us Weekly confirms that Ben went on one date with the 32-year-old actress before signing on to become The Bachelor. A witness spotted the pair on an awkward seeming “first date” at Lion’s Pub in San Francisco this August. “It seemed like a first date, but he wasn’t overly affectionate,” the witness reported, adding that Jennifer seemed very interested in Ben! “As the bar started to close she grabbed his hand and marched outside.”

Ben confirms that Jennifer initiated everything! “She had reached out to me and wanted to come up to the winery so she did with some friends,” Ben explained.

“She’s a nice girl, but… after this is all said and done, I want to go back to Northern California to my normal life,” he disclosed. “Ending up with a Hollywood celebrity is not something I ever imagined doing.” Well, good thing he had 25 more eligible bachelorettes to choose from! Other reports have also claimed Ben thought Jennifer was a little cray-cray!

Speaking of the upcoming season, Ben reveals he is happy he participated in the show. Now that filming has completed Ben is happily settling into his life post-reality TV, but did he find love? Zap2It covered a recent press conference Ben did to advertise the new season and he’s not giving away any details!

“I’m happy with my decision in doing the show. Another good experience, another cathartic, therapeutic adventure… I can’t tell you [if I'm happy with the outcome]. I’m happy with the experience, I’m happy I decided to become the bachelor,” Ben divulged. “I have no regrets about anything that I did. I feel like my decisions were well thought out and I’ll leave it at that.”

“When that first limo pulled up, sheer panic and terror set in. It took the first few ladies for me to kind of settle in. Your heart is racing, it’s nerve-wracking on both sides,” Ben said, describing the initial meet-n-greet with the women.

After going through the process himself, Ben is empathetic to the choice his former love Ashley Hebert faced and understands being torn between two people. “You’re obviously trying to figure out a lot of things along the way and it’s a difficult situation. Easily the hardest thing I’ve had to do in my entire life,” Ben recounted. “You’re always thinking about each individual relationship, where it’s going, where it’s not going. It’s difficult.”

While we’re all wondering if Ben will be walking down the aisle, Bachelor host Chris Harrison isn’t giving anything away either only commenting that Ben is “in the right place to find love.”
