Teen Mom, Amber Portwood leaves Frisch's Big Boy burger joint after eating her first meal with her family then heads home after being released from jail in Indiana

Amber Portwood shocked us when she asked a judge to send her to prison eighteen months ago.  Now, out on parole, the former Teen Mom star is making plans for the future and working on her relationship with her daughter.

In a recent interview, Shawn Portwood insisted his sister is clearheaded and sober now, adding that Amber's working hard to rebuild her life.

"Amber's focus is college," said Shawn. "Then she wants to start her own drug rehabilitation program." Sound crazy? Maybe not! Amber was released from prison after serving only seventeen months of a five year sentence mostly due to selflessly helping other inmates better themselves.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 4 and “Vanderpump Rules” season 2 Cross-over premiere

Carlton Gebbia is one of the new girls on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills block. And unfortunately for her she seems to have made fast enemies with Kyle Richards. You know what – I ain't worried for her. And Carlton ain't worried for herself. She'll just drop an F-bomb or two on Splits, hop on her broom stick, and be on her merry way.

But before all that Carlton was forced to get acquainted with her new co-star. Let's hear what she has to say.

"I received a call from Kyle to join her for lunch or dinner. . . I was a little surprised but thought it was a nice gesture and a perfect opportunity for us to get to know one another better," Carlton explains in her Bravo blog. Carlton admits that after they got off to a rocky start at the Chamber of Commerce partay of the ceturay she may have "misjudged" Kyle. You know what they say about first impressions, Carlton: they're rarely ever wrong!

Joanna Krupa Lisa Hochstein

Poor Romain Zago was a casualty of Housewives war at the Real Housewives of Miami reunion. And he does not approve of the depths these ladies stoop to in order to destroy each other.

Responding to wife Joanna Krupa's behavior, Romain called it embarrassing and shameful! Pretty much.

And Romain said he is NOT watching. "@PurveyorsofPop @FredericMarq @HermanEchevarri @lhochsteinmd Can't watch people fighting and calling each other names. Shameful moment."

Uh-oh… it's this season's infamous green dress! Alexander McQueen's gorgeous high-collared gown has been making the rounds with the reality TV ladies.

First it was spotted on Kris Jenner at Kim Kardashian's engagement extravaganza.

Then Lisa Vanderpump rocked the gold and black dress at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiere party

And finally Alexia Echevarria is wearing the number at Real Housewives of Miami reunion and rocked hers with the belt. Hopefully the stunning dress, which retails for a whopping $7160, didn't become a casualty in any scuffles!

Reality stars are no strangers to repeating gowns, but I have to say this McQueen number is getting classier wearers than poor Stella McCartney's gown did last year.

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and all but one show saw an increase in viewership this week. The sole loser? Let's just say Vanderpump doesn't Rule.

The crazy popular Real Housewives of Atlanta and Love & Hip Hop drew even larger crowds this week. 3.337 million watched the girl code madness on RHOA, which is up 229,000 from last week. The messy relationship drama on L&HH attracted 3.361 million, which is an increase of 414,000.

Season eight of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered to over three million way back in June. Yes, June. Five months later, the season finale drew an audience of 2.33 million, making the season average 2.428 million viewers.

Malicious drama on the Real Housewives of Miami reunion attracted 1.074 million viewers. Part two of the reunion airs tonight on Bravo.

preacher ron barber shop

Dear Preachers of L.A., Why did you have to turn last night's episode into a platform for the many commercials of Pete Wentz's Best Ink? To tat or not to tat, that was the ONLY question. Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing Jay Heazlip and Ron Gibson do what they do best which is warm my heart and pump me up, respectively. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the spunky side to Wayne Chaney, although his wife got a bit too Judgy McJudgerson. I honestly didn't miss Noel Jones or Deitrick Haddon. Oh, and Clarence McClendon was there, too.

Ron is getting spiffed up at the barber shop because he's the key note speaker at an upcoming minister's conference. The other shop patrons question Ron about his thug swagger. Doesn't he want to be a part of the board at church? Ron isn't willing to give up his trademark bling just to fit in with the more conservative clergy men. Speaking of conservative, welcome back Clarence.  We missed you…maybe? He's recruited his oldest son to help out with his ministry. It's a  bit of a challenge for both of them.

Loretta has invited Myesha and Christy to her restaurant to bond over food, and Myesha is very hesitant to try some of the dishes. The ladies discuss Deitrick and Dominique's upcoming wedding that Noel will be officiating. Myesha asks how the others feel about couples having babies out of wedlock, and Loretta responds she doesn't judge anyone…not even Christy for her tattoos. Myesha looks appalled and tries to explain away her aversion to tattoos, but she's digging herself a deeper hole by comparing tattoos to sinning. Christy then schools Myesha with Scripture, and Loretta coaxes Myesha to admit that getting a tattoo doesn't make someone a bad person.

Mark Wahlberg

I'm not trying to wish away 2013 by any stretch of the imagination, but 2014 seems to be shaping up to be just peachy in regard to new reality shows.

The original member of the Funky Bunch turned acclaimed actor and Entourage creator? Check. My favorite member of NKOTB turned scary guy in Sixth Sense? Check. Their mother and brother Paul? The actual dudes who inspired the characters in Entourage? Check and check. Your interest has to be piqued, right?

I'm not going to say, "I told you so," but only because VH1 doesn't seem to listen to what I have to say. After all, it brought back the original Love & Hip Hop, didn't it? It seems the network is hell bent on reviving Basketball Wives: LA with new ladies and new drama. Shocking, I know.

The new crew, along with some veteran cast members, are currently filming the upcoming season, and things among the ladies hasn't been all "raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens" if you get my drift. Now, gossip is swirling that the often sometimes slightly more even-keeled than the rest Draya Michele may have peaced out before the season concluded.
