Welcome to the recap for Summer House Season 10, Episode 19, the reunion finale! Last week, Dara joined the group and read West for filth. However, none of her warnings sank in with Amanda. Kyle also got called out for crashing out on Amanda and Carl during Lindsay’s dinner. But the major drama was saved for the end. Ciara and Kyle FaceTimed with West’s ex, who told them West kept their relationship a secret while he filmed over the summer. Would the two spill the tea with everyone else? Here’s exactly what went down in Summer House Season 10, Episode 19: “Reunion Part 3.”
What happened in Summer House Season 10, Episode 19?

The group remained fractured with Amanda and West versus everyone else. And much to Lindsay’s dismay, there was still no clarity about the situation. A few things were cleared up, though: West said he was exclusive with Amanda, and they did not have an affair during the summer. However, he was murky on the timeline of being exclusive with his ex, Meija. Amanda apologized to Ciara several times, but Ciara didn’t buy it, as the betrayal was too much to bear. And in a surprising move, Amanda and Kyle shared a tearful embrace. It was the end of an era, with many questions left unanswered as to what will happen to this group next summer.
Amanda and West deny having an affair

Before cameras started rolling again, Bailey checked in on Amanda and shared how worried she was about her. Amanda thought she might be “naive” but claimed her conversations with West made her feel “secure.” Amanda stated, “Maybe this will be a huge mistake, and I’ll wake up one day and realize it.” Or not.
Andy Cohen then got down to business and asked West when he started to feel like more than friends with Amanda. West stuck with their story of February and March of 2026. He claimed that’s when they were hanging out a lot and he noticed how happy she was.
While Amanda shared there wasn’t a specific moment. She brought up the conversation where West had asked her if there was something between them, and that’s when things were set into motion. Amanda said, “It kind of came flooding in all at once.”
Andy asked, “To be clear, were you having an affair this summer?” Amanda and West said in unison, “Absolutely not.” This led to the cast feeling gaslit by their actions.
Mia stood her ground that she believed feelings had developed between them over the summer. She brought up West hugging Amanda a little too close several times when Kyle had crashed out on Carl. Mia reasoned West would never hug her that way, so why did he to Amanda?
Amanda finally woke up and said she was not a cheater. Still, the rest of the group thought there was at least an emotional affair. A moment of truth was finally revealed when West blurted out, “We definitely became closer throughout the summer.”
Ciara calls West out for lying about his ex

Kyle used that moment as an opportunity to get clarity if West and Amanda had hooked up during 2025. According to him, the streets were saying yes. Amanda said, “On my f*cking life, on the dog’s life, no.”
Mia asked if they came forward because of the speculation or if they were planning to continue the lie. Amanda claimed it was due to speculation, and she was still trying to figure things out for herself, “including the Meija situation.”
And that opened the door for grilling West on Meija. Andy wondered if West was dating other women during that time and if Meija knew. West said he was but claimed he told Meija they were not exclusive in “November or December.”
Ciara threw her gavel down. She said, “You’re lying! Because he sent her flowers on Valentine’s Day. So when does the lying stop?”
Kyle grilled him further and asked if he was exclusive with Meija. West responded, “I mean, no. She thought we were.” This led to the group shouting “liar” at him as Kyle and Ciara had the receipts from Meija.
West smiled nervously and said he was dating her while seeing other women. Andy asked Amanda if any of this gave her pause. The short answer was no.
Once and for all, Andy asked West if Meija thought she was his girlfriend, and he confirmed she thought they were exclusive. Bailey quipped, “That’s what a girlfriend is.”
Jesse felt hoodwinked by it all and started to tear up from the betrayal. An exasperated Kyle wondered if it was all worth it. And West didn’t know what to say.
Amanda apologized to Ciara, but Ciara didn’t buy it

Even with all of Ciara’s explanations of why she was upset, Amanda didn’t seem to get it. Andy stepped in and told Amanda, “It seemed like such a friend betrayal.” Cut to a montage of Ciara supporting Amanda all summer. He asked Amanda how she felt about betraying her.
Amanda said she caught feelings for someone she wasn’t supposed to. She told Ciara, “I f*cked up and I am deeply sorry for betraying your trust. And it kills me to know I have caused you this pain.” Ciara responded, “No, it doesn’t, Amanda.”
She teared up over Amanda not thinking about her at all in the equation. Ciara said, “I couldn’t fathom that I would be sitting right here today pissed that you’re f*cking my ex … He’s with you to spite me, so, have fun.”
Andy asked Ciara what scenes were the most difficult for her to watch. Without hesitation Ciara brought up the finale episode. Ciara said, “It was really emotional for me to see a scene of me and Amanda saying goodbye to each other … It’s a bit bittersweet.”
Ciara also did not regret encouraging Amanda to separate from Kyle. She saw her friend was unhappy and wanted her to do something that would make her happy. Amanda responded that she was appreciative of Ciara’s friendship and she knows she “f*cked up.”
Amanda said, “I cannot say sorry more to you, Ciara, until I’m blue in the face. I truly am sorry for what I have done. Truly, you do not deserve a friend like me.”
Lindsay was gobsmacked. She said, “How did you not know what this was going to do to this friendship?” Amanda responded, “I wasn’t thinking it fully through.” No one could argue that point.
Lindsay wanted clarity but received none

If everyone thought Carl was a mess, the real mess was Jesse. This time he teared up over losing West. He told West, “I hope that you can somehow improve and prove us wrong. But it doesn’t look good.”
West’s non-emotional response led Andy to ask if he was on beta blockers. After some dancing around, West admitted he was on them, and he would have hugged Jesse if he were sitting right next to him. Because it’s so hard to get up and walk over to do so.
Andy asked if West and Amanda were in love. West was horrified. He stuttered, “We are not using the word ‘love’ right now.”
Amanda said they were having conversations about their feelings. Carl scoffed, “You still want to be with him after all this sh*t Amanda? … He’s hooking up with four different girls and your former best friend. It’s f*cking crazy.”
Andy cut to a break, which left Kyle and West alone. Kyle wanted West to have a plan for him and Amanda; otherwise, what was it all for? Kyle walked off, and then he and Amanda shared a surprising embrace.
Afterwards, Lindsay lamented how there was still no clarity. She said, “Why did it take today to think through all of this? … This affects the future of our friend group … It’s very short-sighted for a f*cking hook up.”
They ended on a positive note by sharing Girl Scout cookies in honor of Ciara raising over $160 thousand for Troop 6000. Whatever happens next season … let’s hope they remember that summer should be fun!
