Just because Anderson Cooper's daytime talk show is ending doesn't mean that the show's executive producer will be out of a job. That's good news, right? Really though, the million dollar question is: who would you rather work for–Anderson or Bethenny Frankel? Hmmm. Tough call!
As the old saying goes, when one door closes, another door opens, and such is the case for Anderson Live producer Terrance Noonan. As Anderson's two season stint draws to a close, the Bethenny Ever After star is poised to take his fans…and his producer! At least Telepictures is keeping it in the production family, so to speak!
If Camille Grammer wasn't absent from the opening credits of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I'd never believe she's been demoted to "friend" of the housewives. She's more present now than she's been in past seasons. I'm not complaining…I think Camille is hilarious.
Her divorce from Kelsey Grammer has long been finalized, but their issues with each other are still as rampant as ever. The more I hear about Kelsey and his irresponsible and arrogant ways, the happier I am I never watched Frazier. To borrow a term from Andy Cohen, he seems to be quite the jackhole. Now Kelsey has taken their parenting war to an entirely different level by not allowing his children to mention Camille when they are with him. Explain to me how that isn't hard on those poor kids!?!
Say it ain't so! I was upset enough to hear that my Silver Fox's daytime talk show has not been renewed, but now there are rumors swirling that Anderson Live may be replaced with Bethenny Frankel's show. Now, I don't have anything against Bethenny (that said, I have nothing for her either), but I do adore Anderson Cooper. Plus, having seen Bethenny's show, it's not something I would watch on a regular basis. Anderson, however, is a daily staple.
While I feel slightly placated due to the fact that Anderson's show will stick around until summer of next year, there is another show already circling his time slot. Before Bethenny fans remind me that she isn't personally responsible for Anderson's cancelation and she likely has little to do with her show taking its place, I totally realize that. It's really not so much that I'm opposed to Bethenny's show becoming syndicated, I just really enjoy Anderson's show.
If I had a dollar for every time I wrote the name Teresa Giudice, I could bail her out of bankruptcy debt. Not that I would, but I would think about it because Lord knows her antics are paying my bills so maybe I owe her. Sheesh this stuff happens so fast, we just don't even want to keep up!
Anyway, days after releasing an interview with In Touch Weekly announcing that she needs help and is taking a break from drama, Teresa has been all over the media defending herself and perpetuating drama. Some of that drama I have seen in person. And of course she is not alone. Helping her every step of the way are Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita. When desperate famewhores meet, the sane world explodes.
The Real Housewieves of New Jersey stars who really, really, and I mean REALLY need to step away from the computer, the TV, and the United States are making wild accusations left and right – from lawsuits, to harassing texts, to releasing so-called texts, to blaming each other for the collapse of the economy and last year's Swine Flu outbreak. So let's break this latest shenanigan down.
Teresa agreed to give it another go, but it doesn't appear that today was any "lighter" than yesterday. We have a peek at the do-over interview below! Check it out and tell us your thoughts in the comments!
Today I had the awesome experience of being the live guest blogger on Anderson Live. You can catch all my tweets about the experience on twitter (@realitytea or #AndersonLiveBlogger).
Things started off chaotic – an east coast tornado warning delayed my flight and I didn't get in until 1am. I had to be at the studio at 7am. I almost left the hotel in two different boots, but fate intervened and I snapped to.
For someone that works from home and rolls out of bed around 9 to guzzle coffee while percolating about Housewives that was some crazy. However everyone at Anderson Live is totally used to it – and amazing! How they have so much energy I'll never know, but it was fantastic!
It was really exciting to be backstage and see the inner-workings of a show I watch all the time. I'm a big Anderson Cooper fan (didn't know if y'all were privy to that). Also exciting – CYNDI LAUPER as in 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' 80's anthem was the co-host! The other guests were Jon Cryer from Two and A Half Men and the Bayou Billionaires from CMT's hit reality show about real-life Beverly Hillbillies.
