Their reality show LeAnn & Eddie premieres tomorrow on VH1, but the network released an advance screening. The show is a so-called inside glimpse into the little known world of LeEddie. “Everyone thinks they know us,” Eddie saucily tells us, “but there’s two sides to every story.” I wonder how long it took Sir Genius to come up with that one?!
The premiere, titled “Fifty Million Ways To Leave Your Lover,” confronts allegations that the couple is headed for a $50 million dollar divorce because Eddie is cheating and LeAnn is crazy. They don’t expect us to believe that. But, um… too bad – cause we do! Because they are really trying to use this show to put on an act about how happy, in love, and honest they are.
Brandi Glanville and Wendy Williams are set to host the “World’s Largest Bachelorette Party” in Las Vegas this weekend. Whose bright idea was this?!?! I mean, the venue and the open bar are right up Brandi’s alley, but I don’t think I’d want her anywhere near impressionable brides-to-be.
As we know, all too well, Brandi‘s marriage to Eddie Cibrian didn’t end well.
Fast forward five years… the vitriolic Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said she believes Mr. Right is out there, but she doesn’t see marriage in her future. “I don’t plan on getting marriage again,” she declared. “But I do welcome meeting the man that will make me change my mind about that.”
Brandi feels she has grounds because in the couple's divorce settlement there was a clause that states the exes can't publicly trash talk each other. Which is where the hilarious irony comes in, because Brandi has made a CAREER of publicly trash talkingEddie and LeAnn. She's done it on her reality show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, on talk shows, in the press, on twitter, in the media, in two books, in her podcast – really anywhere. I mean if Brandi couldn't publicly trash talk her ex and his new wife, she wouldn't actually have anything to say and might as well be mute!
There are not a lot of celebrities that annoy me to the extent that LeAnn Rimes annoys me. I used to be obsessed with her back when she was a young country singer dating Andrew Keegan (who didn't adore him?). Now, her penchant for over-sharing and vine videos just rubs me the wrong way. It's not even the infidelity or the Twitter battles she's now famous for, it's just her demeanor. She's very good at being condescending.
Anyhoo, I'll get off my soapbox long enough to write about her upcoming reality show with husband Eddie Cibrian that I won't be watching. Just kidding! I will totally be all over that show. As much as she grates on my nerves, LeAnn is my own personal train wreck. I just can't look away.
What's Brandi Glanville been up to lately? Well, if I had to guess, we could probably find the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in the club with a bottle full of bub, and she's got what you need if you need to feel the buzz. Oh, she's probably partying like it's your birthday, drinking Bacardi like it's your birthday, but let's be honest. We all know Brandi doesn't give a flying flip it's not your birthday.
See where I'm going with this? Eat your heart out, Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes. Brandi has been hanging out with Curtis James Jackson, III, and he could buy and sell your piddly selves one hundred times over. I kid, I kid. He probably wouldn't want to…
Brandi kept her half million Twitter followers up-to-date with what exactly was happening with her and Eddie Cibrian's son. On Sunday, she shared her first tweet about the incident.
"At ER with Mason 3rd time in 9 weeks :/ allergies and Epi-pens suuuck! Better safe than sorry #lovesofmylife." Which she followed up with the above picture of 10-year-old, Mason, looking worse for the wear and his younger brother, 6-year-old, Jake, horsing around, which she captioned, "My little patient and his not so sympathetic little brother."
Mason sounds like he will bounce back, but let's hope this trip to the ER does not cause a cross-country Twitter battle between Brandi and Eddie's current wife, LeAnn Rhimes, like the last trip did….
Apparently VH1 wants to revitalize NBC’s “Must See TV” Thursday. They are really pushing their “hot new summer line-up” for Thursdays, which includes Dating Naked, #CandidlyNicole, andLeAnn & Eddie and kicks off July 17.
Dating Naked? Awesome. Nicole Richie? No complaints here.LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian? Um, err, at least it’s not Brandi! Obviously this line-up will go down in history books as the new The Cosby Show, Cheers, and L.A. Law or Friends, Will & Grace, and ER can’t miss Thursday night!
Mark your calendars, my friends, because VH1 is where it’s at this summer. To be clear: No – I did not type any of that with a straight face. But I am looking forward to #CandidlyNicole despite the hashtag. Also, T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle returns and Atlanta Exes premieres later this summer.
