Has Kate Gosselin been bitten by the fame bug? It seems so. According to a new report, Kate is making plan to move to Los Angeles, California with her eight kids in tow.
Popeater is reporting the Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom is enjoying her time in the limelight, and is now in the market for both a house in Hollywood and a new agent. What’s more interesting is that Kate is not denying this story. She appeared on Entertainment Tonight yesterday, and when asked about possibly moving to LA, she simply said that she’s willing to move to wherever “work” is.
Sources share that in between dance practices, Kate has been house hunting in Hollywood Hills for a mansion big enough for her and her eight kids. And she might just be able to afford that mansion, according to a number of reports, Kate is earning an estimated $300,000 to $500,000 from her Dancing With The Stars appearance alone.
“Now that Kate has tasted the excitement of Hollywood, there is no way that she is going to return to Pennsylvania,” reveals a friend of Kate. “She is looking at homes in the Hollywood Hills in gated communities in the $2 million range. Kate is insisting the properties she sees have a pool, at least six bedrooms, an outdoor hot tub and, bizarrely, a recording studio!”
Kate also hit up The Joy Behar Show last night, and slammed her brother’s claims that her kids are suffering psychological damage from being on television. “Every single time they were visiting my kids, they would turn around and be on a show the next day talking about what they saw in our house,” shared Kate.
She also revealed that her brother Kevin Krieder and his wife Jodi are no longer allowed around her and her family, “knowing they made 100s of thousands of dollars off of lies about us.”
