Following five years of Celebrity Rehab the show is returning with a twist! This time, in an all new premise, the legendary Dr. Drew will check in with past patients in Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Revisited.
In a series of four, “where are they now” specials Dr. Drew and his head counselor Bob Forrest will follow up with celebrity rehab graduates from the first four seasons. The show will feature new interviews and home visits with such patients as Andy Dick, Heidi Fleiss, Rachel Uchitel, Nikki Mckibbin and Janice Dickinson as well as several other famous “celebrity rehabbers.”
Dr. Drew will also address life in the months and years following addiction recovery and discussing the struggles of sobriety, and in some cases the updates won’t feature happy endings. “While many patients on the series have been successful with recovery, viewers will see that in some instances, not even Dr Drew’s patients are immune to the perils of relapse.” No word on who is doing well and who unfortunately may have re-succumbed to addiction.
Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Revisited premieres Wednesday, November 20th (8/9c) on Vh1.
