Another day, another court hearing which involves Teen Mom 2's favorite wild child. This time around Jenelle Evans wasn't the one facing the judge. She was there to watch her on-again-off-again husband Courtland Rogers as he faced the four assault charges and two battery charges that Jenelle filed against him in January.
After Jenelle and Courtland's quickie marriage and pregnancy announcement, the couple's relationship went drastically downhill with allegations of abuse and infidelity and drugs. Sadly, Jenelle suffered a miscarriage after the assault claims. Somehow, though, those crazy kids are still trying to make it work. Good for them, right?

According to EOnline, things are finally looking up for Mr. Jenelle Evans. Courtland was potentially facing a maximum of 150 days in prison for each charge, but he got off without any jail time.
Jenelle's bff attorney Dustin R. T. Sullivan (can we start a fan club for him?) shares with the site, "Courtland Rogers pleaded guilty to one count of assault on a female and one count of battery on an unborn child and received 24 months' supervised probation."
Not surprisingly, Dustin adds, "Courtland was relieved to have it behind him." Of course he was!
The hearing was held at the Brunswick County, North Carolina courthouse (also known as Jenelle's second home), and Jenelle was on-hand to support her husband. She later tweeted all sorts of things to her followers (including the above lovey-dovey selfie with her hubs!), thanking her fans who complimented her court outfit, retweeting people who wrote about what a great couple she and Courtland make, and, my personal favorite, "Dustin is the BEST lawyer ever!"
