It appears we are getting closer and closer to rounding out the cast for Season 6 of Real Housewives of New York. While there has been some speculation about the return of LuAnn de Lesseps and Aviva Drescher, it appears that neither lady wants to miss out on the drama party.
AM New York claims that we can count on the Countess for the upcoming season of RHONY…although she wants the network to pay up to make that happen.

LuAnn tells the site, “We are this close to settling my contract so it’s all very positive — I have a very good relationship with Bravo and so I think it’s going to work out."
The reality star brushes off the fact that her contract may not be renewed. Of the network, LuAnn says, “They are used to the Housewives and all of the drama that goes on with the show, and obviously there’s a lot of drama that goes on with women, and housewives." Redundant much, Countess?
Her co-star and Season 5 newbie Aviva also confirms that she will be returning for the sixth season. She shares, "Yes. I am. We started filming. We’ve been filming for a couple of weeks."
Bring on the pinot and the turtle time!
