This should come as no surprise, but Ramona Singer is bringing the chaos to the set of The Golden Life. Allegedly… The unofficial Real Housewives of New York spinoff has been filming in Palm Beach, Florida, for the last few weeks, and the word on the street is that she’s being pushy with Luann de Lesseps—literally.
Ramona “literally pushed” Luann away from a Golden Life singing moment
As The Golden Life has been filming, we’ve gotten rumblings of some of the nonsense the RHONY alums have been up to. Dorinda Medley stormed off a yacht, Sonja Morgan met up with everyone’s old flame, Harry Dubin, and allegedly, Ramona terrorized the Gay Polo League this past weekend.
According to insiders with Page Six, the cast filmed at the Gay Polo League last Saturday, and for some reason, they were invited to sing the national anthem. Ramona, a devoted patriot, supposedly pushed her way to the microphone and hijacked the moment.
“She wouldn’t let anyone have the mic! Luann wanted to sing, and she literally pushed her away. It was so offensive,” the source recalled.
The insider continued, “Luann should’ve been the main person. She’s the cabaret singer.”
The source is clearly using the word “singer” very loosely here, but either way, this all sounds pretty on-brand for Ramona. The source went on to say that her new Florida locale has had an impact on her personality.
Apparently, Ramona is now trying to act like a “charitable Palm Beach socialite” rather than the pinot-drinking businesswoman we met in the Big Apple. However, it sounds like, at the core of it all, Ramona is still Ramona.
The source said, “She’s like the queen of etiquette until the mask comes off.”
If you’ve watched a second of the original RHONY, then you know this all sounds very familiar. The girls are back, and it’s as if they haven’t missed a beat.
