Um…I'm not sure what to do with this information. It's just plain gross, but I think the issue I have with it is that I am not at all surprised by it. As for Vivid Video, the porn empire behind Farrah's movies, its CEO can't wash his hands of the former MTV reality star fast enough. After Farrah's multiple claims that the company took advantage of her naivety, Vivid's Stephen Hirsch says of Farrah's last fast cash stunt, "Farrah is toxic.
