Evelyn Lozada Shares How She Lost 30 Pounds In 7 Weeks!

Late February, Evelyn Lozada went on record to say she would get her body back within 60 days of giving birth. Well, love her or hate her, you have to give her credit for staying focused and making it happen.

Evelyn has lost a whopping 30 pounds since she gave birth to her son, Carl Leo, just seven weeks ago. She gained 42 pounds while pregnant.

Speaking to ABC News, the former Basketball Wives star said, "I'm proud of where I'm at so far. My body feels like it's almost back to normal." Evelyn has a right to feel proud – she looks great!

How did she do it?  Evelyn is taking youthH20, a weight loss supplement, and eating healthy. Her typical day includes oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast and fish, veggies, and sweet potatoes for lunch and protein shakes. 

"I also work out three to four times a week," shared Evelyn. "I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule.  But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio and weight training – which I love – and hiking."

On a more personal note, Evelyn could not be happier. "Carl [Crawford] is a wonderful father and awesome fiancé who has been by my side the entire time," gushed Evelyn. "He is so excited about baby Carl Leo. You should see them together!"
