Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino Faces Legal Woes And Talks About Getting Married…Plus, Did His Mom Give Him A Black Eye?

I don’t even know where to begin with this situation…seriously! What would you rather read about first? Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s mom fist pumping…into her son’s face? How about Sitch bouncing checks like he used to get bounced out of clubs in Seaside Heights?

Well, let’s start with the good news, shall we? There is love in the air for the former Jersey Shore playboy. While co-stars Jenni “J-Woww” Farley and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi are set to walk down the aisle soon, Mike is finally thinking about settling down as well. Sorry, ladies! Forget DTF, the Situation is DTM…Down to Marry!

It seems that a post-rehab Situation has reunited with his college sweetheart. Clearly, he met her years ago, since he was pushing thirty when the show started. Having given up his hard partying ways, he has been back together with Lauren Pesce for a few months now, but that’s enough time for Sitch to start hearing wedding bells.

Talking to Life & Style, Mike teases, “There could be an engagement in the near future. I’m planning it in my head. I would like to make it very special and a day she would never forget,” adding, “I would like three children, two boys and a girl, and two dogs!”

Time in the limelight taught Mike what is important. He explains, “I met her before Jersey Shore, and this time around we’ve been together for a number of months. You can’t go through life partying. You get over the lonely nights, you get over those types of people that were there just for the moment. You want people that are there for life.”

I hope Mike got paid for that interview, because he’s going to need the money. According to TMZ, his legal bills are mounting because, well, he hasn’t paid his legal bills. Together he and brother Marc owe lawyer Richard Wolfe over $29,000 in attorney’s fees. One of the attempted payments ended up being a $2000 bounced check. Sound familiar? At least he treats his lawyer and his tanning salon employees equally, I guess. Richard is now suing the pair and seeking damages for the bounced check as well as another canceled check. Oops!

I’m sure that his lawyer will get what he’s owed. After all, Mike’s ventured back into reality stardom with his new show The Sorrentinos. That has to be why his mom gave him a shiner, right? Mike was seen sporting a black eye after being arrested for brawling with his other brother Frank outside–where else?–his tanning salon. Marc tells E!, “I’m going to let you in on a secret, mom is the one who got him,” revealing, “She got him with a left. Mom’s the tough one.”

Frank adds, “Our fight just happened to make national headlines. Everyone was asking us if it was for the show, but it wasn’t. We were wrapped already. There were no cameras filming it.” What was the point then? Especially with their poor mom being stuck in the middle. She admits, “I broke my finger. I just got it out of the sling.”

Sounds like a certain family is already lobbying for a season two…and perhaps a wedding special?
