The haters can say whatever they want about Kanye West, but the one thing no one could ever doubt is his devotion to wife Kim Kardashian. That is not a statement that could be made about some other married rappers. With that said, I feel like Ye would not take it well if anyone got at all flirtatious with Kim.
Now there is a story out there about Kanye firing a bodyguard for “talking to Kim.” That is not actually possible is it? Well, that’s what bodyguard Steve Stanulis said went down and he’s speaking out about it. The West camp also clapped back at the weird accusation.

So what really went down? The Wests and the bodyguard have two starkly different stories – of course.
Some “sources close to the West” told TMZ that Kanye would not have an issue with a bodyguard talking to his wife. Apparently this dude was hired to work for the couple before the Met Gala and that it was established from the beginning that he would only be used for the day leading up to the gala. They are insisting that it was always a temporary situation and that the man worked with the two of them in a similar capacity before.

It is also alleged that Kim and Kanye believe that the dude put this firing story out there so he could get some publicity. I don’t really get what this would accomplish. Who would want to fire a bodyguard who has the potential to spread gossip for his own personal gain? It really makes no sense to me and I’m sure people will be forgetting his name soon enough – I know I did already. So there really is not much to gain from putting this story out there.
Of course, the bodyguard has a totally different take on what happened. According to Daily Mail, Stanulis claimed that Kanye fired him immediately after the rapper saw him approaching Kim. The bodyguard also said that Yeezy was “the most self-absorbed person” he had ever met.
Unless this was caught by the Keeping Up With The Kardashians cameras – which would not shock me at all – there really is no way to come to a definitive conclusion on this case of “he said” vs. “they said.” The only thing that is clear is that this man will never temp for Kimye ever again.
