Luann de Lesseps is very busy these days with her cabaret show and this means The Countess doesn’t have time to dwell on the drama! But she does take a few minutes to reflect on the last episode of The Real Housewives of New York. In her latest blog, she shares her thoughts on Ramona Singer‘s photo faux pas and Tinsley Mortimer‘s wedding dress shopping.
First Luann makes sure to let Carole Radziwill know that rehab wasn’t some dream vacation. “After my experience in Florida, I can assure you that there is a huge difference between a spa like the Mayflower and rehab! Carole Radziwill thinks it would be “heaven” to stay in a facility for 28 days talking it out, yet if I had to choose, I’d pick the spa every time!!!”
She then moved on to Ramona Singer and reveals that she’s not buying what Ramona is selling. “When Ramona Singer posted that photo of us eating dinner on her social media, she denied me returning home on my terms. Instead, I had to deal with the media (and my publicist) during our stay, which made staying serene more difficult. This is one more example of Ramona’s complete lack of respect. Her apology was typical Ramona… #crocodiletears and insincere. Don’t be fooled by her faux humbleness—she says what she thinks will get her out of the messes she makes, but then learns nothing from her experiences. Sad!”
On Tinsley‘s wedding dress outing with her mom, Luann has just five words for Tins: “Wedding dresses are for brides. ‘Nuff said!!!”
“Lastly, whether it’s Tom, Dick, or Harry, they all live in the same self-centered penthouse. I’m glad to be done with men like that, and instead, I’m focusing on being a good friend to my (loyal) friends. #GirlCode.”
Luann leaves us with one final dig at Ramona: “Don’t worry, it gets even better next week! Remember, be cool; don’t be like Ramona.”
On tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City: “With Luann’s cabaret show just weeks away, Dorinda brings her to pick out dresses from one of her designer connections. Bethenny creates a dating profile for Sonja, while Tinsley moves into her new penthouse, without Scott’s help. Hoping to find love in New York City, the women attend a speed-dating event and one man gets them seeing red. To escape a chilly winter, the ladies decide to go on a trip to Cartegena, Colombia.”
