Paul Staehle and Karine Staehle may not be the poster parents for domestic stability. The 90 Day Fiance alums are unable to communicate efficiently in each other’s languages and were not even able to reside in the same country until recently. Basic hygiene may be an issue, given the regular state of their apartment in Brazil. Karine likes to push his buttons, resulting in Paul literally running from most of his life problems.
Regardless, Paul and Karine always showed concern and tenderness for their unborn child. Even if Paul doubted his paternity and demanded a DNA test. Since welcoming son Pierre, they were able to move to Kentucky together where they currently reside. Their domestic bliss was not free of drama though.
Fans of the show allegedly called Child Protective Services to report Paul and Karine after the couple posted two concerning videos. Soapdirt obtained a leaked copy of the report corresponding to the complaint.
In the first video, one can see the house is a mess and there is luggage everywhere. Karine is upset about locating an outfit that was packed. Paul is trying to calm her down in the background. The backstory is that they were traveling to NYC to film the tell-all reunion.

Allegedly, Karine was barred from filming when they arrived because she was not well. Apparently, Karine spoke to a therapist on location regarding post-partum depression symptoms.
In the second video, the house is again messy and Pierre can be seen handling hair extensions. Police are required to do a welfare check after any CPS complaint, so the investigation was done.
