90 Day Fiance The Other Way couple Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee have had a rough go this season. The problem that keeps coming up over and over again is Jihoon’s lack of responsibility when it comes to his family. Either he is too lazy to get a job or he just won’t grow up enough to recognize he has others to take care of. Namely, his wife and kids. To top it off, they recently had some online drama in which Jihoon unfollowed Deavan.
It’s no wonder that Deavan, who is reportedly back in the U.S. from South Korea, might be feeling a tad insecure. Think about it – her husband sucks and she’s basically broke because of him.
So the last thing Deavan needs right now is online haters. One could say that it comes with the territory of signing up for reality TV. Others would argue that reality TV stars are entitled to make their living without negativity. But isn’t the whole purpose of reality TV to give the fans something to comment on? The good and the bad?
Well, fans certainly are commenting on Deavan and it sounds like they are throwing low blows about her looks. And Deavan has had enough according to her recent her Instagram Stories. While it’s gone now, John Yates shared screenshots.

Deavan wrote, “It would be wonderful if everyone stopped reminding me how ugly I am on the show. You’ll wonder why I got lip fillers in the first place.”
She continued, “The more you guys talk about it the more the more I question my looks please stop it’s not nice or healthy.” Poor Deavan. I’m not the biggest fan of her on the show but no one deserves to be torn down about their looks.

It’s true, Deavan does use a lot of filters and alterations on her Instagram photos. And she has been candid about some of the work she has had done. She is even trying to raise money for a boob job. So it’s not like she is hiding altering her appearance. The girl just wants everyone to stop making fun of her looks. I think she’s entitled to that.
Fans on the post are divided, some expressing support of Deavan and some, well, not so much. One supportive fan saif, “I thought she was beautiful either way! She’s a hard working mother and no woman should have to deal with that. it breaks my heart.” While another fan disagreed, commenting, “Ok you can’t blame others for the choice of changing your body. There will always be trolls and comes with the territory of joining a show on national tv.”

I suppose both have a point but can we all agree that Deavan, no matter what she looks like, deserves some basic respect? It’s hard enough to be married to Jihoon, let’s give the girl a break!
