She may not be on the Real Housewives of New York anymore, but Luann de Lesseps will always be a reality TV star. If it’s not starring on her own spinoff Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, or appearing on the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Luann is a cabaret star in her own right. She will always be in the spotlight looking her best.
And as such, the RHUGT Season 4 cast member keeps up with her maintenance. That includes glam and fashion of course.
Luann credited a “bump up” in her “style”
The former RHONY star appeard on the Keep It! Keep It Real podcast to discuss her skin care and aesthetic routine.
Host Ira Madison complemented Luann on looking “so damn good” during the November 10 episode. Ira asked, “What is the skincare routine? What is going on, Luann?”

“It’s funny because…people are really loving the longer hair. I feel like the longer hair really does make my face look thinner,” Luann responded. “And everybody’s going, ‘What did you do?’ and…I haven’t really done anything aside from little injections of Botox but…I really haven’t done anything except get a little thinner, grow my hair longer, and bump up my style.”
So it’s all down to optics and a little bit of botox. It’s enough to keep up with the Real Housewives. But Luann’s glow also comes down to something more internal.
“This is a part of my life where I feel like I’m really in the driver’s seat. I’m having a great time. I’m happy, I’m single, and I’m enjoying that. I’m just doing all kinds of things with television and cabaret […] I’m really living my dream right now. I think when someone’s happy you can really see the difference,” she explained.
