Larsa Pippen is no stranger to criticism – far from it. Receiving backlash is always a side effect of putting oneself in the public eye. However, among the Real Housewives of Miami cast, Larsa debatably receives the most criticism out of anyone.
In Season 6 alone, Larsa got heat for telling everyone about Guerdy Abraira’s cancer diagnosis, which was bad enough by itself. Recently, however, Larsa also took heat from the cast for not saying anything when the group expressed their worries about Lisa Hochstein’s life.
Surprisingly, one person with whom Larsa hasn’t butted heads all that much is Adriana de Moura. The two have been known to clash over almost anything, with Adriana criticizing Larsa for riding the coattails of the Kardashians. Well, some things never change.
Adriana slams Larsa: “You weren’t there darling”
During the RHOM Season 6 midseason trailer, fans saw Larsa and Lisa arguing; something Larsa has been all too reluctant to do this season. Larsa said, “You need to apologize ‘cause you were an asshole.” Lisa fired back, “All last year, you were a complete asshole to everybody.” Larsa was taken aback, to say the least.
Then, Adriana hopped onto Lisa’s comment, adding, “You weren’t there darling, you were in L.A. for 10 years, kissing the Kardashians’ ass, so shut up!” Larsa found her voice and responded, “You need to sit the f*ck down!” Despite Larsa’s best efforts to defend herself, Adriana’s words picked up a lot of traction online.
Perhaps fans found it cathartic for someone to so plainly put Larsa in her place. It wouldn’t be the first time Adriana smack-talked Larsa for her relationship with the Kardashians. Back in Season 5, she told Larsa that she “became Kim Kardashian’s minion. And now, all that rubbed off on you and you came back on a high horse.”
