The Real Housewives of Miami may be on ice, but the drama is heating up. Lisa Hochstein’s tumultuous divorce from Lenny Hochstein played out across several seasons. Now, Lenny may be having the last laugh.
It seems that Lisa and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are facing criminal charges. Both parties are facing one count of interception of oral, wire, and electronic communications. Jody was arrested on April 11. Meanwhile, Lisa and Jody’s attorneys claimed that the matter was “part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.” However, that didn’t stop Lisa’s visit to jail.

Meanwhile, Jody and Lisa are accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” trying to intercept, intercepting, or attempting to have someone else intercept “oral statements by [Lenny], and those [Lenny] spoke with.” This incident allegedly occurred between March 12 and March 31, 2023. Allegedly, Lisa hid “at least one” listening device in Lenny’s vehicle.
Since a warrant was filed for her arrest, Lisa and her attorney, Jane Weintraub, voluntarily showed up at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami. And two of her RHOM co-stars also showed up to support Lisa. Alexia Nepola told Page Six, as she walked into the prison, that Lisa’s predicament is “very sad and unfortunate. But we’re here to support a friend.” She added that she contacted Lisa “to let her know that I was here for her for whatever she needs.” As for whether Alexia believes Lenny’s allegations? She responded, “No comment.”
Along with Alexia, Adriana de Moura shared her thoughts. “I’m just here to support my friend and make sure she’s strong and there as a mother for her children,” Adriana stated. “The well-being of her children to me is my biggest concern.”
Lisa had her mugshot taken and was released on a $5,000 bond. “Lisa voluntarily surrendered,” Lisa’s attorney said in a statement. “She was released on her own recognizance.”
