Are Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton Still on Good Terms After the RHOBH Reunion?

Keeping up with the current status of the Richards sisters is a complicated task. Their relationships are fragile. One bad season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills can set them back by a decade, which seemed to be the case with Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton after Season 12.

Then, during part three of the Season 13 reunion, Kathy randomly staggered out on stage, and we learned that everything was once again, hunky-dory. Is that still the case?

The reunion was filmed several weeks ago, which is like a year in the world of the Richards sisters. A lot can happen in that time. Regardless, Bravo’s The Daily Dish claims that Kyle and Kathy are still on good terms after the RHOBH Season 13 reunion.

An update on Kyle and Kathy

If Kyle and Kathy’s social media activity can be used as a gauge of how their relationship is going, things are definitely in a good place. Kyle shared a picture of the two of them together with the caption “out and about.” Nothing says “family bonding” like posing in front of a step and repeat.

Kathy celebrated her birthday a few days later. kyle shared a bunch of birthday love on Instagram. She even posted a picture of all three Richards sisters together, writing “I love you,” in the caption.

Of course, Kathy and Kyle’s relationship is still at risk of going back off the rails. The drama between Mauricio Umansky and Rick Hilton keeps getting brought back up, which is part of the reason why Kyle and Kathy fell out in the first place. During the RHOBH reunion, Kyle tried to avoid the subject altogether.

“I don’t want to talk about business stuff,” Kyle told Andy. “I’m gonna go back to two more things we went through hell through? I’ve been through enough.”

In real-time, the topic has continued to reemerge because Mauricio has been running his mouth on his Netflix show, Buying Beverly Hills. In a recent sneak peek, we got a glimpse of him talking about his decision to leave Hyland and Hilton to start The Agency. He didn’t have anything positive to say, which prompted a clapback from Paris Hilton.

“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road,” Paris said on Instagram. “He would never speak negatively about his family – especially in the press.”

So, the drama within the Hilton/Richards/Umansky family is far from over, but it doesn’t seem like it’s impacting Kyle and Kathy this time around. Sisterhood seems to be prevailing, at least for now. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is available to stream on Peacock.
