Savannah Chrisley Gives New Reality Show Update

Savannah Chrisley has kept busy since her parents reported for prison in 2023 for fraud and tax evasion. The reality star has become the legal guardian for her younger siblings, Grayson and Chloe Chrisley. She’s also trying her hand at other projects, including The Masked Singer and Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test

Among those, Savannah has worked tirelessly with her family’s lawyer regarding her parents’ appeal. Currently, it’s set for April 2024, and Todd and Julie Chrisley remain hopeful they will be released before the end of the year, with Savannah pushing for the summer months.

Their family reality show, Chrisley Knows Best, was axed by the USA Network following Todd and Julie’s convictions. So, catching all of the behind-the-scenes drama leading up to their surrendering will likely never see the light of day. However, there have been numerous reports that the eccentric Southern family would step in front of cameras again, and Savannah spoke to People all about it.

Savannah says things are in the works regarding her new family reality show

Although Savannah didn’t last long on The Masked Singer, the former beauty queen said there’s more in the pipeline for her and the rest of the Chrisley family. “I mean, there’s so many different things I’m working on,” she said. “Right now, a documentary — not only about my parents’ case but the reform initiatives that I’m involved in and working with a lot of lobbyists and lawyers to testify in front of Congress on things that I have uncovered within our system.”

Savannah and Chase have spoken out about her parents’ challenging time behind bars, adding that Todd had been served expired food and Julie’s facility had black mold and no air conditioning. It’s still up in the air whether we’ll see that in a new reality series starring the family. According to Savannah, they’ve been “waiting” for a network to green-light the series officially.

“Right now, the world of TV is kind of insane. Everyone, it seems like they’re restructuring,” she said. “So, we’re just kind of waiting to see where it lands. I know there’s a few people in talks, obviously, with our agents at William Morris. So, we are just waiting.”
