One veteran Summer House star was notably missing during the recent episode. Yes, the Hamptons were without Danielle Olivera and a preview clip for the April 4 episode revealed the reason she chose to be elsewhere during a particularly hectic weekend.
And because of her absence, she missed the cast Hamptons 500 bash, a NASCAR themed-bash, complete with go-carts and an inflatable obstacle track. Yet, Danielle wasn’t deprived of having fun that weekend. She just chose a different setting to enjoy herself.
Danielle opted for a weekend in L.A.
Upon her return, Summer House newbie Jesse Solomon asked about Daneille’s weekend sans the group.
“I worked for a lot of it, but then I treated myself,” she explained. “I, like, hooked up with a drummer who lives in L.A. — so, perfect.”
Ever the jokester, Missouri native West Wilson asked the app developer if the musician could “bang it out?”
“Yeah,” Danielle coyly answered with a laugh.
“Congrats on the sex!” Jesse then said.
Earlier in the season, Danielle made it clear that she would not be engaging in romances with a housemate. After a hectic hook-up with Alex Propson on Winter House Season 3, it seems that the brunette beauty is making wise decisions.
Will the drummer boy have a lasting impact on Danielle? Or perhaps make an appearance during the season?
Perhaps a look at Danielle’s BravoTV.com bio for the season will offer some clues.
“For the first time in years, Danielle is single for the summer! After a tumultuous winter, she isn’t interested in another house romance, but she is ready to mingle with outsiders who come her way,” it reads. “After their major fallout year, she is also attempting to rebuild her friendship with Lindsay [Hubbard] by setting boundaries to prevent encountering the same issues. Will she be able to rebuild the relationship with her former best friend while allowing herself to grow, find love, and launch her new app?”
Most importantly, it seems that Danielle is loving herself and making the best choices for her.
