As Kyle Richards has stated before, Mauricio Umansky is single and can do as he pleases. So it isn’t a surprise to hear that Mau has been caught locking lips again. Even though the duo, who were married for 27 years, has yet to define their current relationship, Mauricio seems to be saying everything by saying nothing. This isn’t the first time The Agency owner has been spotted with a possible love interest. And something tells me it won’t be the last.

Over the weekend, Mauricio was spotted twice out and about in Palm Springs, CA. He wasn’t just enjoying the high-end boutiques either. The father of three was spotted kissing a woman who was definitely not Kyle. The Instagram account, Deux Moi, shared IG stories about Mau’s outing. They captioned the photos by writing, “Spotted Mauricio at the Red Barn last night in Palm Springs making out with a random girl.” Mauricio can be seen embracing the mystery woman, leaving no doubt that they were more than friends.
Page Six also caught images of the possible new couple. The woman, whose identity is still unknown, looked to be a younger version of Kyle. With sleek black hair and a petite frame, the two women could have been sisters. Eagle-eyed fans noted that the woman could be Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi. The two would run in the same circles as both are successful realtors. The only fly in the ointment is that Bre’s social media placed her in Greece during the same weekend. However, we all know how to hold back photos and post at a certain time in order to have an alibi.
Are Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky divorced?
Kyle and Mauricio are still legally married. It’s been over a year since the pair announced their separation, but neither has taken the steps to file the legal papers to end their marriage. On the Season 13 reunion, Kyle opens up, sharing, “With any marriage, there’s issues that you have, and they come up, and you get busy. You’ve got kids — my kids were little — I’m working, I’m being a mommy, and doing all that, [so, the issues] get put aside and will come up again.” Kyle added, “Some of the issues never went away. They were never worked on. And then something, like I said in my interview, happened where I did lose my trust.”
During a 2024 Watch What Happens Live episode, Kyle elaborated on where she stood with her marriage. “We’re good friends, we get along really well,” she explained, “I don’t know, we live separate lives, and it just hasn’t come up yet. When the time comes, we will address it … It’s hard, and it’s not something either one of us feels comfortable initiating, and we just kind of let it go. We’re just really good friends and we care about each other … it is what it is, right?”
Where does RHOBH’s Kyle Richards stand when it comes to dating?
In January, Kyle spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about whether or not Mau was allowed to date. She shared, “There are stories that say I’m crying and things like that. They assume something, so they just invent it. Obviously, it’s strange to see his personal life played out all the time. Photos of him walking down the street [with other women]. But while it may be strange, we’re not together like that, so it is what it is.” As of the New Year, the two were still in a friendly place. Kyle told the publication, “Our relationship right now is that we’re family. We’re friends. We’re great co-parents. I think we’re both just kind of nervous and afraid of this next chapter, so we’ve probably avoided it, honestly.”
As for Kyle, she claims she is not currently dating. The mother of four has been linked to country singer Morgan Wade, but neither has confirmed a romance. The actress is focusing on her children and upcoming work commitments. Though I imagine seeing headlines about your husband’s hookups is getting a bit old right about now.
