The dust is finally starting to settle from Garcelle Beauvais’ exit from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which means we’re finally getting to the bottom of what happened between her and Sutton Stracke.
The two RHOBH stars were besties when the cameras were rolling, but Garcelle unfollowed Sutton (and the rest of the cast) shortly after she announced her exit from the series. The move left fans questioning what actually happened between the two. Clearly, there was some bad blood, but can they fix things?

Luckily, Jeff Lewis put his journalist hat on during a recent episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. He asked Sutton to share her side of what happened with Garcelle.
Although she initially tried to play coy about Garcelle’s mass Instagram unfollowing, she eventually acknowledged that she hurt Garcelle somewhere along the way.
“I’m sorry for that,” Sutton said. “I would never want to hurt Garcelle intentionally, so I’m sorry that she feels that way, and I’m sorry that it went down like that.”
According to Sutton, she did speak with Garcelle the day she made the announcement that she’d be exiting RHOBH. However, it’s been crickets ever since. Sutton is hoping that they’ll be able to have a real conversation at some point. A nice, expensive gift probably wouldn’t hurt either.
Sutton said, “I hope that I can rectify things later. Sometimes, I think when you’re really close with someone and you get hurt in a relationship, you need some time away to heal, and I’m hoping that we can rectify and fix everything.”
Whether or not that happens anytime soon is another story. Garcelle seems fully committed to moving forward from her RHOBH days. However, Sutton insists that they had a genuine friendship worth recovering.
“Down the road, Garcelle and I need to have a long, thoughtful conversation that’s private,” Sutton concluded. “I hate that this has happened. Garcelle was a very good friend, and I love her dearly.”
